I purchased my golf simulator through Foresight Europe and it’s been amazing. The falcon is such a cool piece of kit. Andy has been amazing and really helpful.

Me, my eight grandchildren and friends have been using our GC3 for over 12 months and love every minute that we spend using it. Our youngest user is 3 and oldest is 76. Our confidence and standard of golf has improved enormously.
The service from Brian, South African based, has been friendly and most supportive.

We have been a client of Foresight Sports for a few years now. I am a difficult customer and James Stewart, time and time again, gives nothing but stellar service every time. I cannot recommend Foresight enough purely because of the service of people like James. Bravo and thank you.

John Reed was great to deal with and very informative in helping choose which SIM setup to go for. Now it's up and running and I can't fault the system at all! It was so easy to setup! I recommend using Matte finish balls for fewer misread hits :D

Excellent service and communication with Joe, made the process effortless. I am now looking forward to receiving my GC3 and range finder.

Recently bought the GC3 and equipment alongside for a home sim. The product speaks for itself, however, main reason for leaving a review is the service that comes alongside. I had Justin assist from start to finish of us building a sim, assisted with what we needed but more importantly what we didn't! Always on call 24/7 should we have any questions, couldn't recommend more!

Great equipment but poor customer service. Recently purchased a GC3s. Went to their office in Guildford to collect, had my phone & took my iPad, but there was no offer to set the GC3 up.
Over next few days, spoke to them for assistance, emailed support about issues in setting up, all I kept getting was look at this link🤷‍♂️.
I think after spending a few thousand pounds on their equipment, the least they can do is assist in setting up🤷‍♂️ don’t get it, poor service. Pity

It was an easy decision to get the gc3 from Foresight. helped by the very professional and well informed staff. Tristan Was very helpful and professional and welcoming.looking forward to getting my gc3 ⛳️

I am very disappointed on the service so far from this company.I spent £8.5k on a GC3 launch monitor that worked for 2 months and then became unusable because of the amount of missed shots.

I realise things like this can happen but then the manufacturer makes matters worse by taking over 6 weeks and counting to try and sort out the issue.

Very poor service from a company that is charging very high prices but not delivering an acceptable service.

I confirm I received today the GC3. The delivery process as well as import tax payment has been super smooth.
I received a device that was already with the latest firmware installed and registration process as well as connection to the network was also super smooth.
Of course I had to take it immediately to the range to hit a few balls before the night and again was super easy to connect to the hotspot of my phone in parallel to my iPad and ready to hit balls in no time at all.
I am super proud of owning such an amazing device and wanted to thank you for the very professional support you provided throughout the process.
I am now looking forward to the next step when I will move in my new house which will be to hook it to a gaming laptop, projector and screen to really leverage all the great stuff of this tool.
I suppose you receive tons of positive feedback so just wanted to share the honest opinion of a (now) poor but extremely happy customer.

Waiting over 6 weeks for a fix on ball alignment issues with the GC Quad and FSX Play. Not good enough for equipment and software totalling £20k.
There’s been quite a few bugs since I’ve had it but this is by far the worse and no sign of a fix in sight.

Very disappointed with recent experience with foresight. Purchased a new GC3 unit but they sent out an obviously used one showing as registered to someone else, over 100 shots, no uk plug or clubs stickers and nothing in cellophane or with protective stickers. Have then had to chase numerous times to get this picked up and a replacement sent out which is still ongoing. Not the kind of service i would expect for the premium price.

The 1 on 1 service from start to finish, absolutely customised every detail of my bundle and gave an awesome price too.

Can't speak highly enogh of Foresight, fast and professional responce to all my questions.

Highly recommended.

I was interested in the GC3 as soon as it was released in the USA. I immediately contacted Foresight Sports Europe and Callum was quick to respond and keep me updated on the timing and getting everything in place as soon as it was available in the UK. I just need to get the simulator complete now as the outdoor net and iPad doesn't quite cut it!

My experience of Foresight Europe has been fantastic. I dealt with Callum mostly and he was very helpful from minute one, arranging a demo etc and has continued to offer support a few months after my purchase. I wanted to buy the best equipment available for my business and that led me to Foresight. Software is also great, loving the new Fsx play!
