Great product, good price and fast delivery.

I ordered the part I needed for $89.60. It took more than a week to hear anything from them. After more than a week, I received an email stating they needed an additional $301.47 to ship my order because there was a “price increase.” I would never trust a company that tacks on a more than 300% price increase after you already paid them once.

Fast delivery and quality parts.

Correct part arrived. It came with some minor damage but for a 10+ year old part it wasn't too bad.

Better than jumping through hoops at the steelership. Fast shipping and the same parts for way less.

They sent you a mispackaged part, return denied... the part is under $20. They sent you damaged parts, return denied... they claim that they didn't recieve the email with photos. No problem, just forward it and that shows the original sent date. Nope, the return window is now closed. Their 24-48hr response took a week, enough time to wait out your return time. Sleazy tactics. They will claim anything to avoid accountability or a refund. Can't even call it "Customer Service" because they dont care about you at all. Shout out to Michelle for the Absolutely abysmal experience. Money gone, usable junk received. Never again, no one I know will ever use FordPartsScammers.com. Take your business elsewhere.

0 Stars — Absolutely Furious. Avoid This Company!

I'm beyond disappointed — I’m furious. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I used their own VIN fitment tool on the website to confirm the part before ordering. It clearly showed the part was compatible with my vehicle. Well, it wasn’t. The camera they sent does NOT work as described, and there was no way for me to know this until after installation — which I now completely regret.

So let’s break this down: either they shipped the wrong part, or their fitment tool is completely unreliable. Either way, the blame is on them — not me.

To make things worse, the part I received was manufactured over TWO YEARS AGO !!! Why is this company even selling old electronics?

And the final insult? They refused to take responsibility. No return, no refund, no help. I'm now out \$300 because of their mistake, and they have the nerve to push the blame back on the customer? That’s outrageous.

I will be posting this review everywhere — because people deserve to know the truth. This company ships old, incompatible parts, provides misleading information, and refuses to stand by their products.

As someone with a strong social media presence, I will make sure others hear about this experience. You’ve lost my business permanently — and likely a lot more.
Avoid this company at all costs.

UPDATE:
I have a screenshot of your website's VIN tool that shows my car's VIN number and says that camera IS compatible with my car. Also YOUR part description says that this Camera has a Split-View option and the one you sent me DOESN'T HAVE THE SPLIT - VIEW OPTION. I hope that everyone who had this kind of experience with your pathetic " business" will step up and make formal complaints with BBB. That's what I did. Also, I wish I've read your GOOGLE REVIEWS ( 1.4 Stars LOL) BEFORE I placed my order with you.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

They have a good selection of parts, nut if anything unusual happens with the order, you have a problem. Ordered a fuel filter cap, received transmission mounting bolts. Took several days and several phone calls to get an RMA number, and did not ever receive information on when or if the correct part would be shipped. Chat function is a waste of time.

Website fairly easy to navigate and good selection for difficult to find replacement parts for my 2002 Ford Explorer Sport. Good communication, parts delivered per promised schedule.

I ordered 3 parts from them, they all ship separately from different suppliers, and then they price gouge you on the back end.

On the day one of my items was supposed to be delivered (after being ordered 5 days prior), I received a text at 2am, then an email a few minutes later as a “second warning”, stating that there had been a price change and I needed to pay roughly an extra 25% on the item in order to have it delivered.

After calling customer service, they said that’s because the site updates every 3-5 days so your order total can be “updated” (read: increased). Then they told me that if I paid the fee, then the order would PROCESS. Not be delivered; it hadn’t even shipped yet. It would get PROCESSED. So my “delivery date” in emails was a total lie. It would still take several days for my item to get here.

Kinda unbelievable that companies are out here changing prices several days after an agreement was made and payment was given.

Don’t follow my mistake. Save yourself the trouble and headache, and buy from somebody more reputable.

I have ordered several times from Fordpartsgiant. Prices are good and shipping is usually fast. However, if you have an issue with your item, things go downhill fast. I ordered a timing kit for a f150 that had a damaged part with it. FPG took 5 weeks to process an RMA and ultimately they decided not to refund or replace the damaged part. I will avoid them for future orders unless the items are very inexpensive. its not worth the potential cost, lost time, and hassle of dealing with them on damaged or missing parts.

I ordered parts and you had them and they were shipped out fast. I will use you again.

Using vin number.

I had a hard time finding this part. You had it cheaper than everyone else and it was the right part the first time. I couldn't ask for more.

Replacing the seat belt was not easy and would have been many hundreds of dollars at the dealer, but with the OEM part and some basic instructions, I was able to do it myself.
