The number stamped on the part is an engineering or casting number used during the manufacturing process, which is often different from the service part number used for ordering. This place sold me defective part. I had to take my truck to a shop to have it repaired not being able to leave it in pieces. THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS. They will only replace what they sell. They are a ripoff

Go elsewhere….bought nearly $2K of parts for my Ford Bronco Sport. Many parts say “this fits your vehicle” when they do not. Trying to return those parts has been a 20+ day frustration dealing with AI, phone systems, and non responsive customer service agents. Not one response to me after weeks of trying to get a simple RMA approved.

This is a horrible company to deal with. 9 days after I placed my order, my package is still not here. I contacted the company and they were completely dismissive and unhelpful. Originally, the item was scheduled to arrive yesterday. However,they used the cheapest delivery service available and my package was re-routed to another state. If you want a massive headache, go ahead and buy from Parts Giant.
