I made a purchase for $810+tax and $100 shipping for a headlight on 5/27/26, based on the repair shop information of parts needed.
My car was in the shop from 3/28/26, until 7/23/26, when they advised me that my car was ready to be picked up.
When I arrived, I found out that they never installed the headlight as it was the wrong one. So I contacted fordpartsgiant immediately, and was advised a response could take up to 48 hours. I found out that not only I couldn't return the unopened part, I couldn't swap it for the more expensive part that I need, which cost over $1,000 on their website.
So now, I would be out of around $2,000, when I even said that I could verify that it wasn't opened or tampered with.
I feel like they are doing really shady business practices with their return process information. People are quick to take your money, but when customers truly need assistance, they're like "oh well, too bad, so sad". I purchased other parts with that order and I have no complaints, and I still need to purchase the headlight, but paying close to $1100 + shipping again sucks when I can't offset the price with this one that I can't use or need. It's really hard to justify recommending them on this alone. And just to clarify, the part I ordered was LC5Z-13008-N, & I still need is LC5Z-13008-J.
No help, no assistance, no grace... Nothing.

This company is a GIANT Scam. The whole thing is fake, the parent company they list is not their parent company, they are rude and horrible people. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They charged our credit card and then we called to get the order information and they claim there is no order, refused to give us more informaiton, and told us to just dispute it with our credit card company.

I know this to be true because I am the one that spoke with them... I tried to find their ownership information on their website, but you can't click on any of the review tabs, the company they list at the bottom of the website does NOT list this company as theirs. I checked.

I would not recommend ordering from this site based on their return policy. We ordered what the site confirmed would work for our make and model, yet it didn’t work. They won’t allow a return because the part is opened. How else would one know if the part will work without opening it. Don’t do it!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The individual I spoke to was rude, confrontational and unprofessional. The supervisor was a bit better. Needless to say, the original issue was not resolved. If you can find another parts dealer, do it.
As per the reply below, the customer service is obviously acceptable. That is the issue with the review. I did not even describe the original problem. This is how this company operates.

Really good experience. Got a brand new grill for my e-series

I had placed several orders with them and the shipping is always high and the customer service is nonexistent. Placed a order for valve springs. I ordered 15. The listing shower a picture of what looked like a Valve spring. It said it fix my truck. But when they arrived they looked like a spring out of a ink pen. They were three packs of 5ea. Total price of over 100 dollars. I requested to send them back and they refused to accept them back because each spring was less than 20 dollars. But each pack of springs was over 30 dollars. Couldn't buy less than a pack of 5. They have a return policy fixed so they can refuse any return. The best thing that happened was I hadn't placed another order with this sorry supplier. No customer service just out for your money then the hell with you.

This company makes returning a product a nightmare. You literally have to ask them for permission to return a product, even if you never opened the box. They either overcharge you for a return label or you have to supply one yourself. Then you have to pay a 20% restock fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. Also, if you do not provide them tracking with the return, they will not issue a refund, even if they receive the item. The entire process took a month when it should’ve taken a week. When you talk to Customer Service on the phone and ask them to wait even a minute for you to locate tracking, they tell you that they cannot wait and that you have to call back. I will never buy from this company again and I recommend no one else does either.

The box came out of the shipping package opened with the wrong part in it
Part in the box does not match the part #
But in good faith they issued an RMA
So I’m sure it will all get settled soon
