One of the best experiences I’ve had with a company
This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company.
Working in education, I wasn’t aware that i qualified for educational discounts until I looked into it further.
From Lewis Chapman’s non pushy assistance in finding the right car and making sure it was affordable, to Claire Scott keeping me updated and organising the delivery of my new car to home, it has been a pleasure to work with Forces Cars Direct.
They went above and beyond for me, sorting out an issue with the log book on my behalf with the dealership.
Since delivery, I have had people at work ask where I purchased the car so I have made sure to recommend Forces Cars Direct.
When I am due a new car, I will be back to purchase again.

If you are currently serving or a veteran and looking at buying a new car this is must go to company that offer great discounts that cannot be met by your high street / on line dealer. My sales chap was a guy called Lewis who could not of been more helpful even after I placed my order I changed my mind on a couple of things and he was very professional and patient and help me with everything I asked. Lewis 5* all day long.

Personal and friendly attitude of Sales Adviser, Lewis Chapman. Very competitive deal on a new Ford Puma. I appreciated being able to phone him on a direct line rather than going through the seemingly usual telephone experience of clicking on various numbers to speak to a person.
