I’ve brought my last 3 cars from Forces Car Direct they are great value for money although on some models you have to wait a while but others are on par with the dealerships and at a price that they can’t match. My sales representative Lewis has always been great.

As we order direct with the manufacturers we are still in-line with standard build times for cars and some are quicker than others. Our team will always talk through any stock availability or build times though.

Ordering a new car was easy
Easy company to deal with and I placed my order. Wait time for the vehicle is about 5 months and they warned me that I would hear nothing for a while.
Reassuring that prices will not rise over that period.

Absolutely first class
What a service!!This is the second time I have used FCD and nothing has changed, still as efficient and friendly as the first time. My car was ready as arranged from Lexus Hedge End and was beautifully presented, Andy and James at Lexus deserve a big shout out for their professionalism throughout the whole deal, thank you.

Julian made every effort to try and confirm whether or not Toyota actually did what they said. Not a great experience.
Have to say I didn’t enjoy my dealings with this company. The salesman left out crucial service plan details and I had a huge effort to get it sorted out after the car was delivered. Communications are difficult, at times non existent. I doubt I would use this company again.

Simple process from start to finish
Simple process from start to finish. I knew the exact car I wanted and Stephen provided me with regular emails to make the process run smoothly. A quick call to provide deposit and car ordered - easy. After deposit was paid, Stephen provided me with ‘what will happen next’ info and a point of contact who will manage the purchase. All good and a great saving.
