My contact with this company was the best decision I have ever made, from my initial contact with Steven who did not put any salesman pressure, to the delivery of my new car, everything was efficient and professional. My allocated delivery coordinator Amy was superb keeping me informed at all stages of the order. They were very flexible on my delayed collection date due to a planned holiday and the payment transfer was smooth and only required 2 days before collection. In addition to the savings by using the company the whole process is highly recommended to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Just collected our new Lexus and are so pleased - we saved £6,000 off list, thanks to FCD.
It was a super simple process, even able to apply our private registration from new (dealer dependant). Amy, our delivery co-ordinator, guided and helped us through the process....thanks, Amy!
We feel we had a better service using FCD than any of the big franchised dealerships were providing on used cars, including Jaguar and Mercedes. The discounts available through FCD allowed us to buy NEW, rather than used. Our experience was seamless and we completely recommend FCD if you want to save money. The Lexus UX suits us perfectly for what we need, especially as the LIST price was just below £40k and saved paying the additional road fund taxes.

The process of ordering is really easy and simple to follow and any queries I've had were addressed immediately by Forces Cars Direct staff members.
Prices are very competitive and I have yet to find anyone who can match the savings made on the price of a new car.

Great Service but needed to chase up a request of comparison between the best option for me, PCP or Leasing.

Everything seamless so far. Lewis did a great job from start to finish, there was no pushy sales garb and he walked me through everything and awsisted me when I required it. All in all a great experience.

From initially making contact, to liaising with the sales advisor, to the car being ordered, everything was seamless. Being deployed at the time, the time difference made things a little challenging but they were all accommodating and made things as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend. Now to wait for the car to be delivered...

I recently purchased a new car through Forcescarsdirect in collaboration with Speedwell Kia Exeter in September 2023. Overall, my experience with Forcescarsdirect was positive, and I appreciate the effort they put into facilitating the purchase. However, there was one area where I believe improvement could be made.

The main issue I encountered was that Speedwell Kia Exeter failed to register my car in my name and did not send me the V5C document for me to complete the registration myself. Forcescarsdirect promptly identified this error and addressed it with Speedwell Kia Exeter in an email sent in September 2023. The email clearly instructed Speedwell Kia to rectify the mistake by updating the registration details with the DVLA and ensured the vehicle was registered in my name, not Forcescarsdirect.

Forcescarsdirect did their part by highlighting the error and providing clear instructions to Speedwell Kia Exeter. However, nearly a year later, I had still not received the V5C, and Speedwell Kia only took action after contacting me in August 2024 to inquire about the missing document.

The only aspect where Forcescarsdirect could have improved their service was by involving me, the customer, in the initial communication when this issue was first raised. Including me in the email chain would have provided transparency and clarity, ensuring that I was fully informed of the situation from the beginning. This would have allowed me to be more proactive in following up with Speedwell Kia Exeter, potentially avoiding the extended delay and confusion.

That said, I want to emphasise that my experience with Forcescarsdirect was generally positive. Their prompt identification of the registration error and their efforts to resolve the issue were commendable. I believe that with a small adjustment in their communication process—specifically involving the customer in situations like this—they can further enhance the quality of their service.

Overall, I would recommend Forcescarsdirect to others, especially those in the armed forces, as they strive to provide good service and support to their customers. With a little more transparency in communication, they can ensure that situations like mine are handled even more effectively in the future.

I have just picked up my new Audi Q3 from Forces Car Direct and I have to say that throughout the whole process the level of Service provided by the Team was first class. From my engagement with Lewis, Stephen and Jessica, they provided a level of Service that was professional, very friendly, and highly efficient. Noticeable, whilst providing best value for money advice, they never pursued a hard sales pinch, even when I ignored Lewis’s sound advice (My mistake!). They also bought my existing car in a process that turned out to be extremely easy to follow, making the whole process of buying a new car whilst selling your old car with same company, very simple, and I will be using this company when I come to replace this new model. In conclusion I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
