Took money but never dispatched the item. Emailed them but no correspondence. Same item found on eBay cheaper from a more reliable seller. @footyjerseyhub the order is under the name Harvey as stated more than once. You've failed to reply to any email and still no progress with royal mail receiving the item.
Item was not delivered and Royal mail tracking can confirm they are still waiting for the item.

However, we have checked our customer records and can categorically confirm that we have no customer or order under the name Lindsey Thompson, nor can we find any correspondence from a customer by this name regarding an undelivered order.
We have also never knowingly failed to dispatch an order placed with Footy Jersey Hub. If there has been an issue with an order, we always do our best to resolve it directly with the customer, including offering a full refund where appropriate.
If you have purchased from us, please provide a valid Footy Jersey Hub order number or proof of purchase so that we can investigate this immediately and resolve the matter for you.
We are always happy to put things right for our customers, but we also want to ensure that reviews accurately reflect genuine transactions with our business.

Thank you for your comment. We have checked the order and can confirm that the order under the name Harvey was responded to promptly.
Our records show that the item was successfully delivered on 22nd August, and we have already provided proof of delivery to the customer. We also only received one email regarding this order, which we responded to.
Since providing the proof of delivery, we have not received any further correspondence from the customer informing us that the item had not been received or that there was any other issue with the delivery.
We are always happy to investigate and resolve genuine delivery issues, and we take customer concerns seriously. However, we also want to ensure that the information being presented publicly accurately reflects the correspondence and delivery records we have.
If there is still an issue with the order, we are more than happy to look into it further if the customer contacts us directly.

What can I say? Another order from this site and again they came through, ordered as a last minute gifts for my family in Germany, messaged these guys and explained is there any possibility I could get these before I leave for my trip, bearing in mind it was Bank holiday weekend and got them well in time!!! Couldn't believe it ! And the 3 tops were literally perfect, sizing was spot on and quality unreal, not many places you get the sellers on the ball to save the day! Will be ordering again soon
