I could spend an hour or two looking up training drills on the Internet.
On this app through various ways of searching I can easily find a couple of training drills I want to do within about ten minutes.
They are all easy to follow and highlight what skills your trying to teach and have gone down well with the u9"s girls I coach.

The content is top notch. I plan my training session on the weekend for the coming week. I would start the process with my training objectives, and immediately go to Football DNA to find sessions to use. Since the sessions come with videos and pdfs, I could get a great preview of the session, and tweak it for my teams age and needs. I highly recommend Football DNA.

Football DNA is a great app with loads of excellent drills. I coach under 12’s and was looking for some more ideas for tailored training sessions particularly on passing the app was great and gave me enough content to run interesting drills that our team really engaged with and helped them improve as a team.

As a grassroots coach the football DNA structure gives you all the tools necessary to develop yourself as a coach and the team to build all the necessary qualities to thrive!

Excellent content, easy to use and video content is very useful.

I use the app to plan every training session and the ability to create folders of sessions enables me to communicate the drills with coaches across different teams easily. Don't know how I would coach without football DNA now. Well done Football DNA Team !!!!!!

A brilliant app that will help any coach regardless of their level. Plenty of plans and ideas for all teams of size, ages and skill.

Football DNA was a extremely useful tool for me as I'm a visual learner so the videos along with the explanation was absolutely key for me. It was very easy to use the app and extremely easy to navigate within the app.

Really good App providing ideas and insight into how to structure training sessions over a season. I’ve used football dna for a little over 12 months yet still find new content. The training plans are well thought out & simple to implement, certainly worth the relatively small subscription fee.

I enjoyed using Football DNAs’ content because it covers a huge range of training plans to suit every aspect of coaching
I was especially pleased that it helped me with planning sessions and focusing on key areas.

I tried a few different coaching apps and videos, but Football DNA was by far the best. The navigation of the app is simple and effective, and the range of content means that i'm never stuck for a session. As a grassroots coach, i don't have loads of time to plan out sessions, so the content on here means that headache is taken away. I'm pretty sure I couldn't be a grassroots coach without this app!

Football DNA has been great as my son is currently doing a Level 3 course in coaching and development and he gets lots of ideas from the session plans, but more importantly from the curriculum plans. It is brilliant for coaches at all stages of their careers.

I have been using Football DNA for over one year and have found it to be an incredibly useful tool to assist me in coaching multiple kids football teams. My coaching has improved through the use of this system. The vast number of drills is a real bonus. The PDF and videos that go along with each drill make each game easy to understand and allows more ball time at training for all the kids.

I signed up with Football DNA as I started coaching an under 7s team and was struggling to find good drills online. With Football DNA I have access to lots of high quality, age specific drills and training sessions, I can also save these to my favourites list and create training sessions within the app as well. Very happy to be a member

Bounced around a few different coaching platforms but Football DNA suits my requirements more than any of the others and is more aligned with my coaching methodology.
