Football DNA has been an excellent resource for me, especially as a coach working with Under 8s. The content is clear, practical, and really well suited to grassroots football. It’s helped me plan sessions with more structure and confidence, while still keeping things fun and age-appropriate for the players.

What I really like is that it doesn’t box you in. Alongside the ready-made ideas, I’m able to create my own diagrams and set-ups, adapt sessions to my team, and even share ideas with other coaches. That flexibility is a huge plus.

Overall, it’s a fantastic platform that genuinely supports coaches at all levels. I’d highly recommend Football DNA to anyone involved in youth football.

Really enjoying using to help plan my sessions. I sometimes find diagrams hard to visualise so the coaching videos are amazingly helpful.

Well worth the investment signing up to Football DNA. I barely scratch the surface with it's capability but it saves so much time trawling the internet/ You Tube, etc. sifting through poor sessions that are not relevant to your teams age group or ability.

The filters allow you to target these things alongside the objectives of the individual sessions and/ or allow you to plan long term so session planning it isn't a weekly task.

If you're a coach who value's their time and doesn't want to spend hours planning each session, subscription to Football DNA is a must. Just try 6 months initially and you won't look back.

As a 1st time coach for a grassroot U9 team, Football DNA has really helped with the structure of my sessions. Working full time while trying to not let the kids down the session available mean I don't have to spend alot of time planning and what really helped me is the videos showing how the activities should run.

Whether you’re a brand new coach with no experience or been doing it for a long time there’s plenty of really useful content for you on this app.
It’s helped me a lot over the last few years!

I was a bit sceptical before I joined but the site has been a lifesaver! No more stress in setting up sessions and so much more information on coaching than just drills. Fantastic!!

I was skeptical of Football DNA at first. Would it actually help or would it just be another one of those sites that you regret after the first 5 minutes of browsing. Well, Football DNA is not the latter, the amount of quality drills for all different ages is great. Stewart was very helpful. I had a slight billing discrepancy and he was swift to help and I believe it was at like 1 am!

If you are in need of some guidance and direction, I would suggest giving it a go. If anything it will help get the wheels turning in your head and help you create your own drills if there are certain aspects that you don't like about the drills you watch on Football DNA.

Wonderful experience using this program over the last two years. I have really seen tremendous growth with my girls U12 team. Plus, I understand so much better how to plan a practice and prepare for games now. It’s been a life saver as a coach!

Football DNA is easy to navigate, simple to share with other coaches in the team and suitable content for all ages and stages.
Football doesn’t need to be complicated to begin with and Football DNA allows the coaching team to concentrate on delivering great content and saves endless hours trying to reinvent the wheel.
I would definitely recommend Football DNA for all aspiring coaches.

I'm really enjoying Football DNA and only wish I had it a few years ago when I started coaching u9's
It's a great way of finding drills, but more importantly, over other sites, most of the videos are from recorded sessions, where you can learn from what the coaches are teaching, where as others it's just diagrams and sometimes may not have any context or meaning behind them. This means, as a volunteer coach, who may not have as much knowledge of the game, can really help pass on the knowledge.

I have been a coach for just over 12 months for a team that had been playing together for years I had no experience as a coach and spent ages trawling through social media to find what I thought was best. Having tried Football DNA they do the hard work for me and enabled me to construct meaningful easy to understand sessions which the lads enjoy !

I started using Football DNA about 12 months ago, after being asked to step up as an assistant coach for my boys U7 grassroots team. I have used football DNA for the last 4 weeks and my players are far more engaged and are really enjoying the sessions.
