False advertising they will use fake vouchers that don’t work to sign up .. as a first time user i was lured through CHCI250 voucher code which didn’t work I contacted live help centre where customer advisor just said that it doesn’t work for you and cut me off from chat completely
Basically foodora is yet another company who got greedy and stopped compensating for mishandled orders. My food arrived completely cold and their customer support (I am like 90% sure they switched to AI) just told me they are sorry but no compensation. Well, I guess I am sorry for this 1 star review too but I am not taking it down same as you won’t give me back my money. Using only Wolt from now on and I suggest everyone to do the same.
No customer support available while waiting for your order, and when you try to solve anything after you receive a wrong order, they don't help and finish the chat without even asking me. Every time I tried using this service, something was wrong.
I ordered food and courier gave me the wrong order and the support refused to give me any sort of refund hence why I’m giving it one star.
The worst of bad customer service, long time scale. Also the app keeps on loading forever. The service works perfectly except mentioned. Not solving shortcomings is the reason to shoot 2 stars for me.
Objednal jsem si jídlo za 506 Kč přes Foodoru. Jídlo nikdy nedorazilo, přesto si nechali peníze 11 dní. Reagovali pomalu, jen výmluvy, žádná odpovědnost, žádná kompenzace.
Po dlouhém čekání peníze vrátili, ale bez omluvy nebo gesta.
Neprofesionální přístup – nedoporučuji.
I ordered food via Foodora for 506 CZK. It never arrived. They kept my money for 11 days, were slow to respond, and took no responsibility.
Eventually, I got a refund – but no apology or goodwill gesture.
Unprofessional service – not recommended.
As a rider you have no chance to speak to the support in case of a problem. The business concept would be great of the support was more efficient and helpful but as auch it’s only a waste of time and your money that you invest in the gas.
Dostal jsem zkažený hranolek, nahlásil to, a po týdnech ignorace mi Foodora nabídla kupon. Když jsem řekl, že už jejich služby nechci, oznámili mi, že reklamaci považují za vyřízenou. Poslal jsem to na ČOI a hygienu. Nejde o 150 Kč – jde o přístup.
This company promises to earn 4000 crowns per shift. It is a lie and a scam. You will never make that much money in 8 hours of work and the highest gross income in the city of Olomouc is 250 crowns per hour.
So only an idiot who can't calculate the costs of delivery by car can drive and earn money with Foodora.
I wonder if Foodora is robbing its couriers like this in Germany, where minimum wage costs are higher.
Beware of subscribtion, mostly Its not even worth it and canceling Is scummy practice, no refund, customer support not helpful with answers, saying same things again and again with no explanation.
Subscribtion is useless to me, i live in Area where they do not operate, soo could i get the refund Hours after payment? No. Why? Not possible.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I received regarding my recent order (Damejidlo 307124259). Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, the responses from your customer service team have been unsatisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
I made an order and at the same time I have updated my phone number in their system. After waiting for two hours, I get an email saying that the courier couldn't reach me. I immediately reached out to foodora through their help center as they say on their website is that they can retry the deliver. There was no response at all.
Furthermore, the customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the system problem and addressing the lapse in communication, I received responses that shifted blame onto me, the customer. It is disheartening to see that foodora is unwilling to take responsibility for its system failures and operations.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and accountability when using a platform like Foodora. Unfortunately, my recent encounter has left me with a negative impression of your company. I had hoped for a resolution, such as a refund or voucher, but it seems Foodora is unwilling to address the issues at hand.
Due to this unacceptable experience, I have decided to close my Foodora account, and I intend to share my dissatisfaction on various social media platforms and app stores. I believe it is essential for other potential customers to be aware of the challenges they may face when using Foodora's services.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing improvements to prevent similar issues in the future.
