Not a great experience overall. The process took longer than expected, and I faced a few issues that weren’t properly resolved. I was hoping for better service and clearer communication. Hopefully, they can improve this in the future.

A scam site. Somehow charged us £34.99 for something we had never bought.

Folder Fitness , is a scam site, as soon as you click on yes I’ll have a look for 24 hours and pay one Penny you’re in it you can’t get out of it. They charge you £34 and if you don’t spot it on month one they’ll take it every month they promised to give me my £34 back but they haven’t so far so now I will put the word out everywhere I possibly can write across social medias throughout the world. Please tell everybody folder fitness is just a scam outfit. They’re taking money of people without their knowledge if I could give them zero stars, I would have they sleep at night. I have no idea.

Fraud, I was trying to buy something else and this popped up and made me think I was buying something else. My credit card automatically blocked it

Would give zero stars If possible. Scammed me out of €40. I have no idea how this transaction was authorised.

As others have stated, this “company” hide the link to their subscription behind other genuine apps or services. They dupe you into buying a free trial but then enact the full subscription within 24 hours and charge £35 without asking you.
Please avoid at all costs

I clicked on a download link for a map to the London Underground on the TFL website' this quickly turned into a message from Folderfitness saying my account (via Apple Pay) would be debited £0.00. My bank texted me asking if I recognised this so I clicked on 'no'. Later my bank phoned me saying that I was be debited £34.95 the next day and was this correct, of course I said 'no' so the bank put a stop on my card, I am now awaiting a new card. This is a serious scam and needs stopping now.

Received an email saying my account was live, I thought it was a phishing scam, noticed an invoice at the end of the email. I opened it to find, I had a day free trial, then tomorrow, they would take £34.95 from my account. Then found that they had taken 1p from my account. I sent them and email to cancel the subscription. I received and email to say it's cancelled but also contacted my bank to be sure nothing will be taken. Had I not noticed/opened the invoice, I would have had money we couldn't afford, come out of the bank. Please be careful!

Scammers on big scale. I tried to download up for parking and they advert pop up. I guess. I was too quick with my finger touching the button on the phone. Instead for the parking i paid this company. Be carefull. Avoid, delete close the app if pops up on the phone.

They are nothing but scammers, invoiced for £34.99 when I Hever asked for goods, membership, in fact nothing
WATCH OUT FOR THE TRAP, they will invoice this money after just ONE day and then ignore your complaints sny phone call
THIEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN ASSP

Ref my previous review: Contacted Folderfitness and asked for a refund of the money they took and it arrived today!

Folderfitness.com ist betrayal. They try to charge my kredit card with 34,99 € every month. I haven´t signed any contract. I dont know these people. Ive never visited their website, but they still try to charge me.
They were succesful once, when i was in hospital. To this day, i have not received 34,99 back from them. There is no legal basis for the charge.

Scam: They charge me $34.99 every month without my knowledge, I just found out. Unbelievable! How can one stop that and get reimbursed? Lawsuit only?
