I have been purchasing Fodbods for a while now and quite frankly wouldn’t be without them ! I always make sure I have some in reserve ! Because of my major food sensitivities, Fodbods is the the only line of snack bars and other goods that I can safely consume without having any issues whatsoever. The products have been thoroughly researched and developed by Vanessa and her team, using top quality natural ingredients WITHOUT commonly used additives that can be problematic for so many of us . These delicious gluten free , low FODMAP certified , plant based snacks completely suit my needs ! This is an outstanding company that truly cares about their customers by listening, answering queries and making positive changes in their products , and always processing deliveries speedily ! Currently the only 'processed' food I eat are plain rice crackers (due to gut/digestion issues I am currently trying to fix), which means time consuming food preparation. But I bought the sample pack of these bars with high hopes and thankfully they agree with my stomach/gut!!
I have so much gratitude for a product that i can store in my cupboard and then grab when i am leaving the house, knowing i'll be hungry before i can get home to make some food! (Plain rice crackers get v boring)
