My wallet never arived. Also didn't get a refund.

I ordered a wallet since November 11th and it NEVER arrived. I’m so pissed, should’ve known better.

Ordered a t-shirt and wallet for a gift. T-shirt arrived quickly, but the wallet never arrived. Customer service initially offered to start a DHL inquiry about the missing package for insurance coverage, then stopped responding. Without tracking, there's no evidence the wallet was ever shipped. I tried to contest the credit card charge, but was denied by the bank. Do not recommend this company.

UPDATE: "I gave up with these con artists and went to PayPal who gave me my money back immediately. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. Used to be a good company. Shame, as they have good products and used to be so on the ball, now since last year they just don't care"

As with most of the other negative reviews here, my product did not arrive, they take ages to respond and then the gap between every responses get longer and longer until they just stop responding. I now believe they didn't even send out the wallet as all these people not getting their wallets seem to have just started in 2025, yet before that everything was fine. I bought 4 or 5 wallets and a keyring from them over the years with no problem and now they're just taking people's money and ignoring you.

I placed the order 19/09/2025 and paid it immediately via Apple pay. Until now (09/01/2026) I didnt receive any ordered and paid goods and FOCX Store support stopped communicating about the refund!

Details:
19/09/2025 = order + payment
30/10/2025 = more than 1 month and I did not receive ANY info about my order (not even information about shipping etc.) - I wrote an email
31/10/2025 = no answer - forwarded email
01/11/2025 = first reply from FOCX support - they are sorry about the issue and they are starting the investigation with DHL "which usually takes up to 5 working days" ....
19/11/2025 = no further reply from FOCX support so I am writing them if they could give me any new information ..... - no reply again.
24/11/2025 = forwarded email
25/11/2025 = another reply from FOCX support that they are giving me 2 options: replacement order OR full refund if I dont want to wait anymore. I was in no rush for the goods so I confirmed the replacement order on the same day.

That was the last communication from FOCX store. From 25/11/2025 until now a I did not receive anything from them and of course I still have no goods from my order which I paid.

On 06/01/2026 I tried to reach them via email again and tried to ask for the refund. They are not responding to my e-mails anymore not even when I am forwarding them as before. You cannot message them via Facebook (so I tried at least via Instagram where the automatic reply told you that everything about orders they are communicating only via email :D).

I think this company is probably NOT SHIPPING ANYTHING anymore ;) 4 year ago I made an order and everything went great. Here on Trustpilot you can find other reviews from past months where people are complaining about the same thing as me. Also somebody stated that they bought something from they Kickstarter which was also NEVER shipped. Their social media looks death in recent months but the e-shop is still rolling on. I highly recommend not to order anything on FOCX store anymore.

Longtime fan of Focx. Backed one of their earlier wallets on Kickstarter many years ago. Have since bought and backed a couple of never wallets plus bought a key holder.

I've purchased a wallet through their store before and had high hopes for a second, so when I saw a Kickstarter for a new model late last year, I jumped at it. Big Mistake. Their last update, dated 03/25, states that all units had been produced and were shipping soon, but I'm still sitting here with empty hands and I'm not the only one. No replies to messages on Kickstarter, and no responses from emails or messages on IG/X. Total cash grab.

Bought a wallet from the company a while back, so when I saw a kickstarter campaign for a new and exciting design, I didn’t hesitate and pledged for two wallets.
Didn’t receive anything even months after the email that wallets were shipped.
After a conversation (where each message was sent days apart) I thought that there is somehow hope that they are finally gonna send the product. This was over a month ago, from then I had no response from the company.
Truly disappointed, this is not how you treat customers who have spent their money.
Regardless of if I receive the wallets as promised, I won’t ever order from the company again nor will I suggest it to my friends without a warning of the treatment that I received

Eventually arrived and very happy with the products

The video looked like the cards came out neat and in "scale" and it looked like there was a designated space for cash.
It's a simple wrap with a single elastic band.
The cards are extracted all together and are inconvenient
Disappointing, especially given the very high price compared to the product...

I have to say that this wallet is the best one I have owned on my life. It’s been with me for over 2 years now and still working like the first day.

If you like the wallet and buy it you won’t be disappointed 😄

Ordered from their official store online , and a month later still waiting my wallet. I have asked them to check tracking status as it seems stuck, a week now no response, I have reached them again to see if they will respond the second time around.I have requested a refund and silence, is that how business is done?

Dobry produkt tylko dbałość o szczegóły słaba np. Karta RFID była już zarysowana więc trochę słabo…

Very nice products and delivery to Italy only takes a few days. I bought a leather keychain from them and as soon as I received it I decided to take a wallet of the same color as well. the products are well made and with a really nice design for a minimal and compact edc. Sometimes there are even discounts on their site which allow to have lower prices.
