Our integrated fridge freezer
Our integrated fridge freezer is 2 months over its warranty and is making such a loud noise that we have to switch it off when watching the TV! Have tried unsuccessfully to receive any good will help from the company. Surely 2 years of being switched on for only part of the time (in a holiday home) is unacceptable. Also not sure why focalpoint fires is the only link to this company - are they trying to avoid feedback on their appliances??

Don't buy a Focalpoint fire!
Trustpilot, please let me rate this company zero stars! Bought one of their gas fires from B&Q and it's very cheap and tinny in appearance, the control shield does not fit properly and the "stainless steel" surround has discooloured after just weeks - looks almost like it's rusting. Foolish us didn't keep the receipt safe, now we can't get any joy from the company. Don't trust their products!
