Used Foam Superstore to make new covers for our conservatory furniture. Cane furniture still in good condition but covers very worn and threadbare in places. Price was good and covers made to size required (sent old cover to get correct shape). Good choice of hard-wearing fabrics. Customer service was spot on from start to finish. I am delighted with my good as new furniture and would recommend Foam Superstore without reservation.

It's great to find a business like Foam Superstore - quietly getting on with doing what they do, without unnecessary self-congratulatory emails or endless promotions around products of dubious quality.

They do what do, and they do it very well. Having just made my first order with them (custom cushions and covers for a banquette) I'll be placing more soon. Quality, price and speed are all top-notch. Keep up the good work!

The original cushion I received was a little smaller than we requested but the customer rectified it immediately and Tracey was amazing and very helpful.

Very nice covers, good strong material, zips seem good and fitted well. However two major gripes. I ordered 2 Camper Van Cushions covers with a Tie tag on each corner. They have been forgotten. Second moan, communication was completed zero. I checked twice on the status of my order by using the Contact Us button the the website and left a request each time. Both were ignored. Also used the on screen Bot to ask the status, no-one ever responded and picked up. So product GOOD, attention to detail, POOR, Communication POOR.

Two sofa seat cushions (polyester) changed for foam. Staff helpful and friendly, quick service, what a difference it has made to the comfort of my sofa. Highly recommend A*****

The order was delivered within a week and packaged securely. The foam was cut exactly as required.

I ordered some foam with covers, I wasnt sure about the foam grade or the fabric material, but this guy made it look so simple, not only I received the order before time, but the cushions also look amazing, I would strongly recommend this company especially to those who have no idea where to go for foam and covers, Kudos to foam superstore ...

The foam took over a month to arrive, and every piece was wrong when it arrived.

The large piece was 2 pieces of foam glued together. It should have had a curved edge, it did not.

I ordered 12 semi-circles and got 11 poorly cut circles.

Highly recommend to all. Great product, cheapest on the net (do all the research for yourself) came within 1 day as-well. Great job

I had to come on here to write a review. Two days ago I phoned this company to ask for some help with their replacement sofa cushions. About an hour later after taking my measurements I phoned again and spoke with Jen who was amazing and gave me the advice I needed. I placed my order with her there and then. The cushions arrived this morning, less than 48 hours after placing the order. I was a little concerned that they might not be the right size or fit into my cushions covers. It's always a worry when ordering things online. But they fit absolutely perfectly and look better than my original cushions. There is a smell about them but I expected that. I'm hoping it will disappear in a few days. I got the medium foam and they are really comfortable. In all, I can highly recommend this company. And as they're based in Newcastle upon Tyne, you just know you'll get friendly service.

First class service from advising me on the right foam to fill our sofa cushions to them being couriered back to me. Process was simple and fast and customer service was excellent. My calls/texts were responded to promptly and my questions answered. Sofa cushions look brand new again. Very happy with Foam Superstore and would definately use them again.

Found this company online as our sofa cushions were sinking. Got the premier reflex grey foam. Tried one cushion out and must say it's given the sofa a new lease of life so have ordered more. Quick delivery too and fitted perfectly.

This is the second time I have used Foam Superstore. Excellent service for bespoke cut cushions and covers. I was nervous about getting my measurements right but they make is super easy by providing a diagram on
their website. Also great choice of fabric covers !

Wow, what else can I say? I requested some fabric samples which they sent out free of charge. I then ordered a window seat on Sunday night, it was delivered by Friday. It’s an amazing fit, well made, lovely fabric and free delivery. I couldn’t be happier as I was expecting it to take three weeks. Well done, top class service.
