Shelley Tan made it happen!
Shelley Tan was spot on with communication. Efficiency, and service for this rebooking. I appreciated her responding to any concerns and her follow through to find the best flights to coordinate with the tour I was booking in Italy. She also helped my sister arrange her flights on the same itinerary. Thank you Shelley for your help and consideration during this assignment. You are great!! ⭐️😀 FlyWorldClass 👍👏

Excellent pricing from FlyWorldClass
The pricing I received from FlyWorldClass was the best pricing I could find from either the airlines themselves or other discount sights, and I am very satisfied with that. The reason I gave a 4* instead of a 5^ rating was because I had so much difficulty connecting with our travel agent at FlyWorldClass. There was more than one occasion on which she promised to call to finalize the reservations and failed to make contact, which frustrated me a lot. Otherwise, she did listen to my concerns and modify the reservations when requested.
