Absolutely unacceptable.

The airline canceled the flight, and Flysmarter still tried to keep over €50 from a €127 ticket. Support responded with copy-paste messages instead of properly addressing the issue.

Keeping such a large part of the ticket price in a straightforward cancellation case is, in my view, excessive and exploitative. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking through this company.

Ein unglaublich guter Service. Meine Bankdaten wurden benutzt eine Reise zu buchen. Der Support hat alles unternommen was in ihrer Macht stand um mir zu helfen und die Polizei zu unterstützen! Ich habe selten einen so schnell antwortenden und freundlichen Service erlebt. Bin mehr als zufrieden!

Do not trust this provider! I made a booking on Feb 14, 2026, assuming my travel plans were set. Instead of an instant ticket, I got three days of silence followed by a cancellation. Now my money is tied up in a refund process while flight prices elsewhere have gone up. They are likely "ghost booking" and can't deliver what they sell. Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline or a reputable site.

Sitzplätze hatten wir dazu gebucht, konnte aber von der Airline nicht übernommen werden. Der Betrag wurde direkt nach meiner Anfrage zurückerstattet.

Their website, phone and email responses are excellent, and they are always quick to respond and help. I will definitely buy from them again. I have bought from them for myself, my family, and my children.

I’m leaving this review to warn others. FlySmarter sold me a combined itinerary that turned out to be practically impossible to complete due to extremely tight time constraints.

The schedule they issued left me with only a very short window to complete critical airport procedures and make the onward flight. In real-world conditions, it wasn’t feasible. When the trip fell apart, I contacted FlySmarter with a clear explanation and requested a refund or any meaningful resolution.

Their handling was unacceptable: no real effort to help, no ownership of the issue, and constant blame-shifting to the airline. Eventually they simply closed the conversation instead of resolving it.

To make matters worse, during this whole situation my luggage was lost. American Airlines confirmed that compensation for the lost baggage was issued back to the travel agency, but FlySmarter did not pass those funds on to me. I was left chasing my own money with zero accountability.

If you care about reliability and support when things go wrong, avoid this company!

The customer service representatives responded quickly and were very helpful via phone and email, efficiently resolving my seating issues for this multi-leg flight.

The booking process website needs simplification; it needs to be more concise and stylish.

Overall, however, I was surprised to receive such excellent service; it was a wonderful experience.

Very high cost of refund, even if the refund is due to the flight cancelation by the airline. No information from flysmarter, absolute no help or assistance!

Great experience using the service of flysmarter. Quick and helpful answers via email helped to solve our problem: we had to change a flight in our arrangement but did not have booked the flights with possibility of cancellation. With a small fee of 60 euros per passenger we were instead able to cancel and rebook the flights in the wished way. Wonderful!

I booked a ticket with baggage and before processing the payment, checked once more to make sure that my ticket had baggage included. BUT, during check-in process, I had to pay extra for the baggage. NEVER TRUST THIS SCAM!!!
