This Company was great to buy from, very friendly, helpful and decent - Postage was perfect, response and delivery fast.

After breaking the aerial on my Frsky X18rs I looked everywhere to get a replacement. After contacting flying Tech they (Will) immediately contacted Frsky and ordered me a replacement which amazingly came within a week. I really can’t praise this level of service higher. Absolutely brilliant and now Flying Tech are top of my list for anything Frsky.

I’ve ordered from Flying Tech FPV a few times now and they’ve been solid every time. Fast shipping, well packed, and everything turns up exactly as it should. Great range of gear too, saves me having to wait on overseas orders. Easily one of the best FPV stores in the UK.

I have made a few orders with Flying Tech and they have always been top notch.
Their customer service is exceptional and they respond to queries very quickly.
They also ship their orders very quickly.

In summary, competitively priced, good customer service and fast dispatch of orders.... what more could you possibly want.

The help and delivery from Flying Tech was first class. From their purchase confirmation through to letting me know when my order was despatched was excellent.
They also gave me good, helpful advice and that included sorting out a mistake that I had made.
A good experience.

Bought a speed controller from this shop and as an experienced RC pilot and IT consultant i discovered it was faulty. It was working one minute and failed the next and was connected to correcxt size motor and battery.
I returned the item and this shop tested the item and instantly said they would give a part refund rather than offer to replace or refund the unit. I had such a battle with them that I had to take it up with my credit card company in order to get a full refund. To not support a customers warranty is a terrible thing and disgusting in my opinion. They lost so much buisiness from me as I was just going to put in a massive order for other equipment. Take my advice and do not deal with these guys and if you do remember to claim from Paypal or your credit card when things go wrong as this company may well treat you the same way they treated me. In my opinion they are rogue traders.

Will is very helpful and points you in the right direction whenever you need some advice.
When I order components they are delivered very quickly and I have never had any issues.

Contacted Will about an adaptor that was wayward. I bought it just over 13 months ago so technically out of warrantee . Will asked for me to return it to confirm its error, and by return posted me a replacement having confirmed it was a product failure.
So pleased to have found a supplier that will go the extra mile to support customers . Well Done you guys are great !

Excellent service.
I placed a small order in the afternoon, decided a few hours later I wanted to add an extra item. Appreciated being able to reply to my order confirmation - asked about adding the item.

Got a reply the same evening, which was definitely outside of office hours, not a problem, quick PayPal payment required.

My order arrived the next day, perfect with the added item.

Recently, I purchased a new camera for my rifle, and one of the few available options on the UK market was from FlyingTech. I was glad to avoid import taxes and other associated hassles. Without much hesitation, I decided to make the purchase. Unfortunately, upon receiving the camera, it didn't quite meet my expectations. I reached out to the company with my issue.

What pleasantly surprised me was the quick and effective response from FlyingTech. The communication was almost instantaneous, and it felt more like a conversation than an email exchange. All my issues were addressed in just a few simple steps.

Will, whom I interacted with, seems to be a true professional and eager to help. That's rare and valuable in today's world. My initial impressions after contacting the company are very positive, so I will definitely continue to work with them.

The receiver I bought was very keenly priced and delivered quickly. I had an issue binding it associated with programming which they were excellent at helping me with. Can't fault the service and will be ordering another.
