If there was less than 1 star I would give it. DO NOT purchase from this company. I purchased a dress to wear to my son's wedding plus an on special 5 piece mystery pack. Total cost $151.
The dress was not close to the colour advertised and the mystery pack was nothing short of disgusting. The shirts were old and outdated, the packaging was perished and the labels unreadable. These items looked very old.
I requested a refund and sent photos only to be told the closest refund address was California (even though the package's return address was NSW ).
The mystery pack was not refundable at all, regardless of the fact the products was inferior and old.
So they offered me a $53.50 refund and a 60% off voucher for my next purchase.
I told them how disgusted I was and to keep the voucher as I will never purchase from them again

Once again DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They ripped me off $100 would hate to see if happen to anyone else.

Regarding the mystery pack: as it is a clearance item, we did indicate in the product description that it is non-returnable. So the customer service team did not include it when presenting the solution.

Regarding the return address: the address on the package is only a logistics transit point used during shipping, not our official return address. We also mention in our return policy that items should not be sent back to the original shipping location. We are truly sorry for the misunderstanding has brought you.

Beautiful dress and great customer service

I ordered my dress and then read some concerning reviews which made me question my decision. I didn’t receive a working tracking number so I emailed customer service. They were very quick to respond and provide me with a working tracking number. The dress arrived and is beautiful! Looks exactly like the dress in the website and fits perfectly. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from flycurvy. The dress I was sent does not look like the advertised dress, quality is cheap and the dress was damaged. I ordered a month in advance and it was still late. They offered a coupon at 60% so I had to pay for them sending me damaged goods. Please don’t waste your time, money, or patience with flycurvy.

Do not order from Company

got my dress yesterday. Was not like the picture, the material is not good at all and it looks cheap.
It took 4 weeks to get. After reading other reviews not even going to try to return seems like you dont get full refund.

A disappointment …

Dress not like on website and much larger than size ordered. Colour diffwrent and fabric cheaper than expected. Next time will stick to tried and tested bricks and motar shops for a special dress. Shipping took ages to Australia and by time received too late to return.

I'd actually give this company less than 1 star. They don't provide tracking, they don't answer emails, I can't find a phone number to speak to a human. They email bogus updates and claim you recieved what your items but indeed you have not. I have recieved an email stating it's delivered. I have been home because of the holidays but it's definitely not here. I have sent 4 or 5 emails to customer service and responded to their delivery status work no assistance

Flycurvy wants you to pay for their mistake

It took six weeks for Flycurvy to send me a dress that I Did Not order. Instead of giving me a full refund they suggested giving me $30 and I keep the incorrect dress. WhenI declined they offered $50 back and I keep the item. Finally on my last refusal they gave refund minus a $5 discount coupon.

Only offer 20% Back on Purchase when Dissatisfied

Paying the amount per dress you would think the products at FlyCurvy would be an easy decision. Mark my words, DO NOT ORDER from FlyCurvy. If you are unsatisfied, you will only be offered 20% back from purchase amount. It took 3 weeks to get the dresses, one was not the same material as pictured on website and rhe other was 5 inches too long. You are wasting your time, money and hope for a presentable garment when purchasing from Fly Curvy.

52 Days to recieve order

I placed an order for 1 item. It was not custom.

It took 52 days to receive the item, well past the 10-20 day shipping window. The sleeves were too small and the bust was too large, and did not match the measurements posted for the garment.

Rip-off website

The plus-size dress that I received is proportionally as long as it is wide, so it might be fine for someone 6' tall. The colors are a very faded version of the item on the website. Site advertises easy returns but because it ships from China (NOT found anywhere on their site), it costs more to return than it's worth. They offered a "very generous" 20% refund. I wish I'd checked the reviews here before I ordered. This website is a rip-off.

All zeroes

All zeroes! shipping took 6 weeks which was not shared when I ordered. The tracking led to a sight which was blocked by my security software. When asked for a delivery update i was ignored. You offer returns but refuse to return. I will not be making any purchases from your company again. This has not been user friendly.

Im really surprised by the reviews

Im really surprised by the reviews. My experience was very good. It took a little longer than I had hoped to receive the 2 dresses i ordered. When I received the package, the dresses were well packed. The dresses themselves are of good quality and fit according to my size (and the size i ordered). I will definitely be purchasing more from Flycurvy.

I wish I read the reviews before…

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I ordered in hopes for a wedding at the end of July, it's been almost 2 months now and still haven't received any of the items. The tracking info is so vague I have no idea where it is. Needless to say it won't arrive on time bc were flying out in 3 days. Trash company. Don't order from them unless you live in mainland China I guess. Chinese scam.

I ordered my items in May and still…

UPDATE: Another two weeks has gone by and I still have not received my items. Please do not order from here if you need your things within a timely period. I no longer need my things anymore. It’s been 6 weeks since I ordered.

I ordered my items in May and still have not received them. The tracking never updates. I won’t be ordering from here again. Hopefully I get the items in the next few months.

The "resolution" is "too bad". Customer service? What Customer service?? First I made the order around the beginning of May. I have (as of 6-30-25) only received part of my order, which was for a wedding at the beginning of June. Of three items, I have two. Neither of which fit despite making adjustments for sizing differences. And the best they have to offer is a "refund of $8.99" out of $110. AND I have to pay to ship the items back. I will NEVER shop here again. I would give negative stars if I could.
