After being let down by the AA. I found Rob to be very helpful and friendly. When he recovered our car from Spain. We had arranged for it to be dropped in Dorset but as we are working in Scotland he managed to get it up to us. Mike did a grand job.

I can not recommend this company enough! Rob collected my Audi SQ7 and kept in contact on WhatsApp and even sent me videos and photos of my car throughout its journey back to the UK, I would highly recommend Fly and Ride, my SQ7 was also fully covered by Fly and Ride for total piece of mind.

I’ve read quite a few of the reviews and can only agree 100% with what others have found. Rob is certainly one of the few people/businesses these days who completely understands what customer service is all about. If only there were more like him. Totally let down by RAC so called ‘assistance’ in getting my dead car back to U.K. but Rob sorted it out including all the Customs paraphernalia. Well done and many thanks to him.

I had two of my cars collected and sent to Spain, they were delivered to a secure indoor car park at the airport, cleaned and ready for my collection. Highly recommended

I’ve had to write another review for this company because I’m in shock!! Whilst I was talking to the driver about how the trip was coming over, I completely forgot and left my bag with my debit cards on top of the trailer that would of fell inside whilst traveling.. the driver found in some 150 Kilometres away and contacted me and brought it back the next day.. I insisted he have some fuel money but said no!! Unbelievable? What other person/company would do that?

Rob has just delivered my car back to the UK after being without it for 40 days with absolutely no thanks to the AA European breakdown. The professionalism shown along with the courtesy and updates given by Rob have been second to none. Rob was amazing. After being ripped off by another company. He went over and above to help me transport my car back to the UK. He spent hours using a winch to drag my car that was not able to be driven onto his trailer. After many hours my car was safely on its way back to the UK. Extremely grateful for his hard work ***** stars from me.
