Ok, so these guys obviously know a thing or two about Webflow, but...

The production is very amateur, the talking is cringe, and it's as though he is just working it out as he goes along; one take only. For such an expensive course, I'd expect it to be WAY better planned and produced. Eg if there were typos or errors, just re-record it! Fix it.

Also, where is ANY information of substance around building an online store? Where? Nowhere. Just a pointless "module" comparing Webflow to Shofify. No instructions at all.

I still don't want to go to Shopify but Shopify have better free tutorials than the expensive FLUX academy courses. Going to stick with Webflow for now and hopefully find some good eComm tutorials.

Oh and I've noticed some astro-turfing tactics with online Webflow course "reviews" too. This is a marketing tactic that is intentionally misleading and therefor dishonest. Unfortunately it's all too common so I'm not surprised but it's worth a mention.

Update: they have refunded me so their guarantee is honest, thanks Flux team.

Easy to follow lessons, great support

The course is well designed, professional, and the staff responds to questions very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone that is starting out, or someone that wants to refine their design skills. All of the videos are well crafted, make sense, and are easy to follow.

The course overall is really well structured, easy to follow and easy to action. The support from the tutors is second to none, the feedback is really helpful and they have been very supportive throughout the entire process.

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is starting out in design or anyone who wants to brush up on their core design skills.

I recently completed the Brand Design Mastery course and am so glad that I took the leap to sign up for the course! My instructor, Fungi Dube, was so kind and thoughtful throughout the experience and took the time to leave me personalized feedback on each aspect of my project. I definitely grew as a designer during this course and especially learned a lot about brand strategy. This course helped me with my goal to become a freelance brand identity designer.

I've been a designer for over 8 years and web design is always evolving due to its nature. So I took this course to improve my workflow and my customers' experience. You never finish learning and Ran is very easy to follow even if you're not a native English speaker.

I've learned a lot of interesting things that are really worth the price. I'm really glad I took the course.

Flux Academy is the best way to get started in the digital industry.

Flux academy is a great option for studying in your own time, while also having on hand attention from your tutors. They are all very helpful and always quick to answer any doubts. the lessons are engaging, have a lot of great content and you really do finish with a great base of knowledge.

I've learned a lot taking webflow masterclass. I had very little experience in web design but now I feel much more confident building my first client project. If you push through and do the exercises you you will too.

The teacher was very helpful.

The classes are great. Very high quality and easy to understand and follow along. The best part is the project in the end that you get reviews (it can be multiple) to help you make the best project you can. Amazing 10/10

I am currently enrolled in the "Brand Mastery" program. The content presented by Rachel, Matt and Ran is excellent and very thorough. The mentorship feedback that Fungi offers is detailed with actionable steps and furthers your understanding of the concepts.

The videos and training was great and very helpful. They were extremely thorough. I also loved the class projects which really helped get hands on training. But i think the thing that went above and beyond was the fact that i had a dedicated instructor critiquing my work and helping me improve. That was awesome. Highly recommend it.

This class was just the push I needed to get started with Webflow. Short and informative. Gives you the basics needed to start learning.

This course covers a lot of grounds - not just design aspects but also business side of things - and you get so many valuable lessons from the instructor. And you get so much out of the great community.

Matt Brunton is an amazing tutor/designer and I would highly recommend the core design skills to anyone looking to brush-up their knowledge on design (YES even mid-weight). The assignments and case studies has made me recommend it to friends and colleagues.

I find it hard however, to say the same in regards to the "freelance ignite" course. Does it teach you the basics of Freelancing? Yes. But it struggles to go beyond common tips and resources. If I have never freelanced in my life MAYBE I would benefit from it. Gigi is great at explaining the topic but unlike the "Core Design" course, it left me wanting more resources, case-studies, assignments. I believe there is definitely room for improvement.

Also, I'm sorry to say this but support was a little pushy to let me know I was at a "no refunds" period, even though I only wanted to exclude one of the courses.

One of the best return-on-investments I've made for my business. I've owned my website design business for just over 4 years and was wanting to start offering brand design & Webflow to my services. Even though I could technically learn it myself, I always felt overwhelmed and felt like I needed direction and support from experts. Flux exceeded my expectations & I now feel SO confident offering these services to my clients. Also, a huge thank you to Fungi, the brand design coach, who gave such helpful feedback & kept me motivated during the entire process with her positive energy. I highly recommend Flux Academy, you won't regret it - 10/10 ◡̈
