The Fluid team was amazing! Since my brand is pre-launch they were able to craft an amazing email strategy for us and then implement those email sequences in record time. The whole experience working with them was incredible. It was truly a white glove process and they submitted everything to me before implementing. I only had to get involved for the approvals and for some backend Klayvio settings for the SMS implementation. I’d recommend the e-commerce email build out for any e-commerce brand that is serious about capturing returning customers and increasing revenue from simply reminding your customers that you exist and giving them bonuses for returning.
