The young lady that was working with me was very easy to understand and to work with very helpful I couldn't say enough about her to me she was a 10 she just was very very knowledgeable and very Curtis to help a person and that was very pleasant to work with her so I think her very much for for the help that she gave me couldn't ask for better

Got the customer support that I needed promptly. Customer support rep, in my experience, was great to talk with - patient, respectful and helpful.

The technician understood my issue and worked to resolve it. It had some complexity which I anticipated and she voluntarily and proactively worked with another co-worker to understand how to get the problem with resolved. Since the problem was complex I didn't mind this and I was appreciative that she did this proactively and without excuses.

We had several issues to work through and the rep hung in there and resolved all our problems. She was willing to go the extra mile and do the research required. I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and diligence.

Jacq was able to find a solution quickly and easily. She was pleasant and fast. Did what she said.

Jeizza was the best technical representative I’ve worked with. I explained to her my issue and she’s a good listener. We were having issues with our smoke detector. She took the time and guided us through taking it down, reinstalling the batteries & reinstalling the detector. She has great patience because she walked us through each step and informed us what she would do on her end. She is courteous, customer oriented, patient and easy to understand. Thank you, Jeizza, for all the help you gave us. We called about this issue a few times before but Jeizza is the only one that worked with us to resolve it.
