Sam Ouk delivered five-star service in every way. Not only was he prompt and professional, but his friendly and approachable manner immediately put me at ease. His deep knowledge of the alarm system was clear, and he took extra care to explain certain features, customize settings to fit my needs, and ensure I was completely comfortable with how everything works. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine customer care. I would recommend Sam without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional service! He is the best! ☺️

Rich installed my system and did a great job! My outdoor cameras look great, the panel looks awesome and the wires he ran are neat and tidy. I love that I can open doors from anywhere, and even give my house cleaner their own code that only works for the days they are scheduled. The AI deterrence on my cameras is cool, and has scared me a few times when leaving for early morning flights. Highly recommend choosing Fluent as your video/security provider!

Richard was so helpful. I had to step away several times to fetch my glasses, different screwdrivers, a flashlight, a cup of coffee. Take a phone call. Throughout all that he patiently worked with me.

However, I would suggest that you text the client the day before to make sure that they have remembered that the tech is coming and the timeframe.

Very personable and patient with my lack of computer skills. Calm and confident in his work. I am in a older house and when he ran into problems with a shared circuit for front light and door bell, he calmly checked a few things and offered a solution that worked, he showed no frustration, just carried on. He helped me set up the fluent app and showed me how to use the camera and the new securitypanel. He made me punch the buttons and got me to repeat the process to make sure I got the sequence right. Very happy with.Mesgna.

My doorbell camera wasn’t working. I tried fixing it myself, but I was unsuccessful. I called and received the help I needed. This was such a pleasant experience. I used to be with another company and had the same problem. However, they were not helpful. So I switched companies. I was very grateful that Fluent helped me fix the problem.
