Rude, unhelpful, and zero accountability
When my order arrived late and in terrible condition, I reached out to their customer support. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, I was met with dismissive, rude responses. They blamed “the courier” and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional service — they clearly don’t value customers at all.

Worst Experience
I placed my order at 11:00 AM, expecting that a 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM window would be more than enough time for a mid-day delivery. While they might technically be 'within the window,' it is completely unacceptable to make a customer wait nearly 5 hours for an early morning order. There is zero efficiency here. Will not be ordering again.
