Not a great experience today. Ordered flowers for delivery to my friend and the auto correct entered my home details instead, they were delivered to me. That was totally my mistake and I should have rectified the mistake sooner..
My problem are the flowers, €81 and they vaguely resemble the picture advertised. I'm mortified and glad they didn't reach my friend, 2 carnations, 2 sunflowers, 3 roses some purple flowers and the rest filler .a pity as I received an unbelievable bunch at Christmas which made me want to order from flowers.ie . Thanks but never again

I would not use anyone else at this stage as I have total trust in them.

Not consistent
6 orders with this company. 3 I believe were delivered on time, 2 deliveries extremely late and one no show. Quality, not as advertised.

Prompt replies to email queries - very helpful
The flowers are always beautiful and delivered on time. When I contacted customer support to correct an error with my order (my mistake) they were very quick to fix things for me.

False advertisement
I ordered the "mothers day boquet" that included "crispy hearts". When selecting this option on the website, the picture had a lovely bouquet of flowers with a Lily O'briens box of ten chocolate hearts. However, when the order arrived, it came with a small box with only two chocolate hearts. The bouquet of flowers are beautiful, however the picture of the mother's day deal was falsely advertised.
