Florida Car Hire For Less Anmeldelser

We have been using this company now for a few years as we travel to Florida a few times a year. Can only say they are absolutely great and totally hassle free. We tend to use Alamo as they let you pick which car you want and everything is included (other than optional fuel fill up) so no nasty surprises when we return the car. Thank you

Fantastic from start to finish. What a great customer service! So helpful and quick to reply. A great car hire experience.

From start to finish, Nathan and his team had fantastic communication and service. Would not hesitate to use again. Zero issues with this car hire and felt like they would reply to any problems instantly. Also best price I could find and they refunded the difference when it went down in price at various points. First class.

Professional service, competitive rates and Nathan does all the hard work

Fantastic experience. The website was easy to use and when I looked to change my booking, it was very simple. Nathan was quick to respond and really helpful. I went with Alamo which meant I could do accelerated check in and this helped me to bypass quite a lengthy queue and because the info shared by Nathan on the website and with my booking is thorough, I knew what cover I had etc. No issues during our trip. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again!

Great experience from booking to collection car, would recommend using them.

Nathan got me a fantastic price on a 7 seater SUV with Dollar, can't fault his communication and have used him on other occasions and he will be my first port of call for any car rental quote in the future

Fantastic company
Bargain prices
I wouldn’t use anyone else

They provided the best price we could find, all insurance included with zero excess. The car we had was perfect and although we had a few questions prior to collection, these were answered promptly and satisfactory. We will use again.

From start to finish Florida Car Hire was fantastic.

Firstly the price, like for like they were the lowest price by some margin.

Customer service, Nathan responded to questions no matter what the time and was always extremely helpful. Even with my flight times changing, every thing went off with out a hitch, and Nathan was genuinely invested in making sure nothing went wrong.

I can’t rate Florida Car Hire and Nathan enough, and if I return to Florida, I’ll hire my car through then with out doubt.

Amazing experience from start to finish, Nathan was extremely helpful with answering my questions, the booking was smooth and collecting the vehicle was simple too!
Wouldn’t hesitate to book with these guys again!

Easy to use site, excellent service. Car booked was as shown on site. Would recommend to use this company to anyone.

Brilliant service, and great communication would definitely recommend and use again in the future

Great service, very competitive price and exceptional support. Thank you Nathan. Will definitely use again.

I can’t recommend Nathan enough, he goes above & beyond. Top customer service, nothing is ever too much of an ask. Regularly checks prices & rebooks when the price is lower saving ££!
The best in the business for sure!

Everything was explained in easy to understand language. Communication was very good with reminders of what to do and when. Clear instructions on what to do when you land at Florida overall couldn’t be happier with them.

After using Avis and Hertz direct, for over 30 years, using this company was a breath of fresh air. Not only is the customer service excellent, you don't get stung by add on charges at pick up. They have really thought through how to give the customer a complete, stress free service. The cars are always modern and the customer after service is second to none.

Wouldn’t use anyone else !
Nathan you’re a star !
From first enquiry to collection of our vehicle.
You are so helpful, also easy to reach. Nothing is too much.
After 4-5 times of you arranging our car hire. I certainly wouldn’t stray to another company.
Every booking is seamless.
Thank you !

The booking process beforehand was easy and it was clear what was included in the price and also had the fast check in and all insurances. When I have arrived at MCO the car pickup was fast, less than 5 mins and all insurances included and no upsell from the Alamo agent. great car and no hassle at all and even on the drop off at the end of the holiday all good and a bill for $0 which I like. I did use the visitor toll pass which was great.

Nathan was brilliant! Fantastic advice from start to finish from advising on car choice to booking and arranging. (Our 1st time hiring a car in the States)
Great competitive pricing and reassuring to know that someone was on hand to help if we needed it during the duration of our hire. We had a couple of issues with the car provided (no fault of Nathan's) and he went above and beyond to help resolve the issues which was so supportive and a great relief. Having someone with experience and knowledge guiding and advocating with the hire company on our behalf was a big stress reliever. (Hire company were very apologetic and issues resolved)
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nathan and Florida Car Hire for less and should the need arise again, would definitely use again.
Big thankyou from The Webbers!
