Deep regret
I chose Final Specs Flooring because they promised a 15-year warranty. While they weren’t the cheapest option, they were the second most expensive, and I valued their after-sales service and warranty—something I now deeply regret. They installed flooring throughout my entire house, but within two weeks, I noticed some issues, particularly in areas that weren’t installed properly, such as the hidden space under the kitchen cabinets. I initially let it go to avoid any hassle, as my house was already fully furnished. However, I soon began to experience moving blocks, gaps, and broken edges from the click system. After contacting customer service, I received a response only after several complaints, and they informed me that I would need to pay 900 AED for repairs. Where is the warranty they promised? It turned out to be completely false, despite me spending 20K on the flooring. This has been incredibly frustrating, and trusting this seller was a huge mistake. I deeply regret my decision.
