Great Experience
Visited Floor Giants and dealt with Jamie, he was very welcoming and helpful when we were unsure what we needed. Jamie was patient, showed lots of options within our price range, offered opinions and listened to ours. Put us at ease with our purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

Kim @ The Hull Brance
We have been dealing with Kim @ the Hull branch, who has been fantastic with us over the last 8/9 months whilst renovating.
We have made several changes to our original order whilst work was being carried out, changing flooring options, and Kim took all of this in her stride. She was positive, made great suggestions and has been a real help in organising, delivery and fitting.
She's a credit to the company and goes above and beyond. Thanks for everything, Kim.

New carpets fitted
We have recently had carpeting carried out by Floor Giants (Basildon). From our initial visit we found the service to be efficient, helpful and friendly. Shelley Travis dealt with our specific case and the whole process was smoothly arranged from start to finishing follow-up call.
Likewise the fitting itself by Adam and Dave was professional, quick, tidy and again, friendly.
We would give our recommendation fully, noting that another store we visited came across as disorganised and lacking in attention.

Excellent quality and outstanding service
We met Shelly who is the Manager at the Basildon store. She went out of her way to be helpful right from when we first met her.
Floorgiants products are of an excellent quality. We have placed an order for our shower room and also our kitchen. We are currently awaiting delivery.
All the staff are very helpful. We borrowed some samples to bring home which was so very useful. One of the guys loaded the samples into our car and was more than happy to help lift them from our car when we returned them. Cannot recommend the store highly enough,
