James was extremely helpful
James was extremely helpful, didn't rush us when we were choosing our flooring. James and his colleague took their time in moving all the flooring we liked outside into the daylight so we could have a better idea of what it looked like. James was extremely knowledgeable, gave excellent advice, he was friendly, polite and could not do enough for us. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you 10/10. Wish everyone was as helpful as these guys.

We visited Floor Giants Merthyr a while back to choose our new engineered wood floor. We was dealt with by Kevin who was absolutely delightful and very informed about the Floor Giants offerings. We had the floor installed by their chosen contractor "FLOODY" who completed a truly great job for us. We shall be back to do all of our upstairs floors shortly. A very professional company to deal with.
