*⭐ 1/5 - AVOID THIS SHOP - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE*
I bought floor panels and matching finishing trims. I received the panels straight away, but I was told to wait 2 weeks for the trims. I informed the seller that I was going on holiday and would collect them right after my return.
When I returned and went to collect my order, I was told that they had sent me an email (while I was on holiday and had no access to emails) saying the trims I ordered and paid for were out of stock and I could either cancel or wait another few weeks.
I went there on Monday after my holiday and they told me I have to wait another 3 weeks. When I asked for a refund, *they refused to refund my money.*
Because I couldn't wait another 3 weeks and didn't want to lose my money, I was desperate and forced to take completely different trims that I didn't want.
But that's not the end. The trims they gave me were *cracked/damaged and one box was a completely different colour.*
Because the fitter who was supposed to install them broke his leg, the installation was delayed. Only then, when the boxes were opened, we discovered the damage.
And what is left? *Stress and unfinished floors because I have no money to buy new ones.*
I will advise everyone against buying in this shop. Terrible customer service, no respect for the

Great customer interaction
Great customer experience, the staff helped us to make a good decision in the shade of flooring to pick.
We told them the colour scheme of our home, the look and feel we would like to achieve.
With this information, they guided us to the different make of floorings , designs and colour shades that's would enhance our home.
To top this we were able to take a few samples home, to see which one was the better choice of flooring for our home.
Ash and his team were great in helping us to make the right decision.
