Very professional and knowledgeable
I found Daniel, from Culverhouse Cross, very professional and knowledgeable about products. Felt at ease and helpful whilst I made my informed decision on which product suited my property best. Good range of products, and value to suit my pocket, without prssure, which was vey helpful. Helped me make informed decision on amount of product needed, whilst keeping my budget in mind. Thank you Dan

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely 6-star service
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely 6-star service – highly recommend!
I recently had a solid oak floor supplied and fitted by Floor Giants in Llansamlet, and I couldn’t be happier. After a terrible experience with another Swansea-based company that clearly didn’t know the difference between laminate and real wood, I went to see James at Floor Giants – and what a difference!
The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. I was even able to take samples away with me to the paint shop to perfectly match everything in my home. James arranged the whole process smoothly, and the delivery and fitting were faultless – huge thanks to Callum for such a brilliant job.
I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you so much James, Callum and everyone at Floor Giants – you’ve been fantastic!

The Floor Giants Team
To sum it up in one sentence- Avoid Floor Giants
To sum it up in one sentence: please avoid this company. They have completely ripped us off. They took nearly £17k upfront after placing huge pressure on us, claiming that if we didn't order immediately, the product wouldn't be delivered on time. The real problems started when it came to fitting. The company has no idea what the actual scope of work is because the surveyor left, leaving no documentation behind. The fitter was equally clueless and lacked any clear plan. Once you have paid all your money, they lose all interest in helping you; emails go unanswered and calls are ignored. They rely entirely on unreliable subcontractors, and even the fitter tried to overcharge us. We have been trapped in this nightmare for over a month now, with no idea when the work will be finished or if we will ever get our money back. Avoid them at all costs. All the details associated on this case has been emailed to FGs .

Not impressed
Sent off for a sample in order to see if pattern would work in the room. Never received the sample so would not trust this company with an order.
Have since been contacted by the company who have undertaken to resend the samples requested. Fingers crossed for a better outcome.
