Professional and efficient service
All communications have been very helpful and clear and any enquiries were responded to efficiently. The service today for the fitting of the sensor was excellent, considered and professional. iI was very useful to get a call from the engineer ahead of the appointment giving an ETA.

We did not install as planned
At the point of installation it was established that if the sensor was fitted in the location we specified - rather than the location agreed by FloodFlash and our broker the cost would increase (3 fold) and the cover would significantly reduce.
We did not proceed.
Given that our buildings have never flooded FloodFlash seem to want their cake and to eat it.

Hi Mike, sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience with us. We pride ourselves on service and work hard to communicate what makes FloodFlash different. A large part of that being our smart sensor.
We price each policy based on the risk at that property - so premiums can vary even at neighbouring buildings. Before your broker confirmed the purchase we will have asked them to share the Statement of Fact document with you. This includes a map showing the building for the sensor. This is our chance to pick up issues like this before they arise.
If you have any feedback on how we can make that process better we'd love to hear from you at support@floodflash.co. Similarly if you'd like one of our team to look over the case again to see what can be done we'd be happy to do so.
