Flodesk is easy to use and has wonderful features. Their templates are thoughtful and if you want to start from scratch, it is really intuitive and easy to use to build to your own brand specifications. They are incredibly responsive with their cusomer service if you have any challenges or issues.

I’ve been using Flodesk for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a turning point in my business.

Come for the fresh design, stay for the amazing customer service. The ease of use and appealing aesthetics are right up my alley as a self-proclaimed DIY-er when it comes to growing my biz!

I've used other email marketing platforms but none 'got me' like this one, if you know what I mean lol
I also love the reporting and interface on the back end to see when and how frequently my emails are opened - very user-friendly. I'm sure I've not been using it to it's full capability yet but can't wait for Stripe to be available in my region (Trinidad & Tobago) so that I can also make use of Checkout.

I really love the fact that the UI is not chunky and its quite straightforward. I use flodesk everyday for emails and there has been no issue. Before Flodesk, I have used many email tools and I can categorically say that Flodesk has been the easiest.

I had to train new staff on our tech stack at work. Flodesk was the first thing they understood easily.

I avoided email marketing for a long time because every platform I tried felt complicated, stiff, or just not aligned with how I like to show up in my business. I’m a visual person. I care about how things feel. And I don’t want to spend hours trying to make a simple newsletter look good.

Flodesk was the first time I thought, oh… this actually feels nice to use.
