Flip Supply was established in 2020. We have since cemented our place in the industry and have become on of the fastest growing exclusive footwear service in the United Kingdom. We have been collecting sneakers ourselves since 2013. Over the years we have struggled to find a friendly reliable service with affordable prices. Given our passion for sneakers, we wanted to build a platform where authenticity and integrity is at the forefront of what we do. Thus we decided to make our own and Flip Supply was born! We are located in Edinburgh, UK. Thank you for visiting our store and shopping with us.

Excellent clothing and service

I bought my items on line but before I did, I was curious about the size as sometimes clothing can be small or large made from what it's labelled. But before I did, was speaking to a member online and seeking advice, and he was really helpful.

Very good quality in materials and 100% heavy duty cotton. I'm pleased with the helpful service and clothing.

Amazing

I ordered this item with another ship and was let down. With 1 week before Christmas and no where had them, Flip saved my me.
Not only did they have them but they got to me within three days, just in time for Christmas.

Amazing company. Will shop here again.

Arbitrarily refused refund

I bought a jumper from the Edinburgh store last week which had a few stains. Because these were at the back, I didn't notice them at the store but reached out immediately by email (within a few hours of buying). Didn't get a response so went to the store to return. At the store, I'm accused of having caused those marks because I refused a bag and put the jumper directly into my backpack when I bought it... Had I taken a bag, I'm told, I would've had a chance.

(1) Now I'm very sure it wasn't caused because of my putting it directly in my backpack (of all reasons) because the stains were on the backside, which was folded in and so on the inside (ie not exposed to the backpack). Their response was dismissive. (2) Their entire argument was that I had no 'proof' that the stains were at their end, because apparently their products are always cleaned and they couldn't possibly have missed this one... So a customer needs to show proof that they slipped somewhere in their supply chain

I refused the bag to reduce waste as I usually do and reached out to them as soon as I could. Unbelievable that they hung on to that flimsy argument for a very normal refund request. It's a shame that they refused to take any responsibility for their product and their dismissive, no-way-its-us attitude was not one I've experienced anywhere. Would not go back for the poor quality and more importantly the poor post-sales service.

I also just checked that they sell that very jumper for £45 when it's available directly from the company The Pastel House for £29! For what value add!? Initially I felt short changed but now I feel totally ripped off lol

Thank you for your review. We want to give our sincerest apologies, this is not the service we aim to provide. As you can see this is the 1st negative review we have had in 3 years, so it has come as a bit of a surprise.

We do understand your frustration, however we do wish to clear up some of the comments you have mentioned.

1 - That pactiular product arrives in sealed bags, they are then cleaned/steamed to categorically insure there are perfect condition before going out on display.
2 - The item you purchased had not been put out on display, it was hung up after cleaning in our stock room.
3 - You tried on the item and were happy to go ahead with the purchase.
4 - You refused to take one of our clean bags and instead put the white jumper straight into your rucksack. We have no way of knowing what else is inside your rucksack that could mark and damage the goods.
5 - Our returns and exchange policy is clearly shown at the till at the time of purchase and was reiterated to you when you came into the store.
6 - We are happy to offer exchanges/store credit to our customers in store but not to those that are rude to members of our staff.
7 - We have no control over our suppliers and when they choose to put their items on sale, unfortunate timing.
8 - £45 is a very reasonable price point for the quality of jumper and is their standard price point on their website too.

We would like to apologise again for your experience. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, we would love to make things right and hope to see you in again soon to make amends.
