Iris helped me adjust branding and reactivate different portions of our account.

They are playing games when you try to cancel your subscription. Trying to add all these steps hoping you give up. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely sucked. Wasted my hard work and time for a project as Free Export and Download are functions that are barred off to free users. I chose the site off of a quick google search, finished my project with the free trial and was in consternation to find the darn thing doesn't let you export the project. Seriously??? I had to screenshot the project bit-by-bit and stitch the screenshots together manually on google slides, leaving me with a sloppy and low-quality final product. Not to mention the text boxes are soo finnicky to work with, if one is overlapping another you cannot edit the one on the bottom without moving the one on the top alltogether, which sounds simple in theory but gets to be incredibly frustrating and hard-to-use when your project gets big and has more text/more crammed in general.
Absolutely horrible, scummy, and money-hungry company. Nobody is paying the exorbitant prices either, shameful.

We love the platform for production, but more importantly, their live chat customer service cannot be beat. As a marketing VP, I and my team use a zillion online tools everyday. I needed to do something that's usually back-end account admin and they were able to both verify and help me right from the chat platform in minutes with a live customer service agent. All other online marketing tools TAKE NOTES. No one has the patience to wait for a 3-day turn around on some generic help email when we're working live in your paid tool. Thanks Flipsnack team!

The product UX and features are on par, and better in some cases then the other competitors. The Customer Service is SPOT ON. We are working with an NGO, and the budget was small. The FlipSnack customer team helped us find a solution that worked in budget. We will be using them for future experience.

We have been a customer of Flipsnack since early 2020, and over the last nearly six years, we have published more than two dozen e-magazines representing our organization. I cannot recall any time when the pages were "down," or any technical glitches. Above all, what I appreciate is Flipsnack's customer service. Their chat feature makes it very easy to connect if I have questions or my own technical issue (e.g., with the PDF I've uploaded) that isn't even on them to fix, but they do anyway. They've also been very responsive on email. I see no reason but to continue to use Flipsnack moving forward for years to come.

I have canceled my subscription plan, but they kept charging me for five extra months.

When I spoke to them, they refunded 2 months and refused to refund another 3 months of payment they still owe me.

I actually got scammed by this company for three months of payment. I don't recommend working with scammers.

As the school magazine club at our high school, my friends and I used Flipsnack to design and prepare our magazine, Lilyum, for publishing. After researching many different tools, we were all glad we chose Flipsnack. We purchased the student plan, which was reasonably priced, even for us, living in a country with a currency that’s weaker compared to the dollar.

We quickly adapted to the platform. The interface was pretty clean, simple, and easy to navigate. Over five months of use, we hadn’t encountered any major problems.

Even with the wide variety of fonts that Flipsnack offers, the ability to introduce and use our own fonts stood out to us. The same goes for uploading media. This flexibility provided us with a lot of freedom and encouraged us to be more creative in our work, helping us produce a magazine that truly felt like our own. We’ve just finished the digital version of our issue and are loving the interactive elements; everything is only a click away! Being able to download the finished flipbook in different formats is also a big plus, especially when preparing both print and digital versions.

One challenge we faced was the lack of real-time collaboration. As a team of four, we would have appreciated the ability to edit the same flipbook simultaneously from multiple devices at the same time. Though we totally understand this might be complex due to syncing and saving issues, but it was a limitation for us. We also occasionally had minor issues with text boxes; clicking to edit would sometimes move them unintentionally, which disrupted our workflow slightly.

Despite these minor inconveniences, working with Flipsnack was a very positive experience. The support team was really kind and responsive throughout, and we especially appreciated helpful communication.

Incredible customer service! Although I wasn't able to commit to annual business with them they were generous to provide a refund for most of the annual fee instead of charging the full amount and not issuing any refund.

Flipsnack' support work really well and fast. They has solved a big question about the publication. And we really appreciated it and we suggest you to use Flipsnack!

I tried the Flipsnack tools on the free trial which was basically a teaser. Thinking that it had the functionalities I needed, I upgraded to a paid tier only to discover that the program's capabilities are significantly more limited than implied. I contacted customer service and they very vaguely quoted from their "policy manual." So it's basically a scam. They imply usability and then tie up your subscription fees. After I cancelled future months, they sent me an email asking me to come back. That's just silly since I had already lost confidence in both their integrity and the product.

Response to Flipsnack: Thank you for the sympathetic response and offer to find a resolution. Sadly your good intentions ended there. As of January 22, I have yet to receive direct communication from you, never experienced a fully functional product, and you've made no attempt to honor a refund. Your empty words have only deepened my distrust and disappointment in Flipsnack.
