I have used Flightpro twice now
I have used Flightpro twice now and both time they have been charming to deal with and have got me a better priced ticket than I could find online. They found me options that would have taken me ages to find. Flights were to Tokyo and New York, they found the best times for my flights and the seat I wanted, they checked me in and were so helpful all the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience booking my trip through Flightpro, and I have to give a special mention to my travel agent, Jade. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive in planning our multi-destination trip to Bali, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. Organising a trip with friends can be quite complicated, but Jade made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
He was always efficient and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, which gave me confidence throughout the booking process. One thing I really appreciated was how patient he was when I raised a concern after reading the small print of our booking. I was worried that the triple room we had booked might only accommodate two adults and one child, rather than three adults as we had intended. Naturally, this caused me some concern, but Jade promptly looked into it and confirmed that the room was indeed suitable for all three adults. His reassurance put my mind at ease, and I was grateful that he took the time to clarify everything for me.
My advice to anyone booking is to always read the booking details carefully and ask questions if anything seems unclear, it's worth checking for complete peace of mind.
Overall, the customer service I received from Jade was excellent, and his knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Flightpro again in the future and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

When I realised I had to book my fare to Kingston Jamaica I should have saved up but Amber thankfully came to the rescue. She reserved my seat at no additional cost.
