Scammers! Made me believe I was buying airport parking. Charged me for non existent tickets and then used tactics to confuse and deflect. Do not use this website!!

The company is definitely a scam. In 2024 I called was told they were Qatar airline and they would make a change to my flight and charge me a fee. Only to find out that did not need to pay by Qatar and that the change was already successful on my end. They refused to give me my refund till date. I was speaking to Noraiz. April 2024

My husband was told that he had booked a 3night stay at a travelodge hotel in Cardiff.
Money £325 taken no confirmed booking!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!! Operating at Manchester Airport under the name manchester.parkinghub.co.uk - took £120 from me for a fake fine!! I stupidly believed them and couldn’t contact anyone at the airport over the weekend to check … lesson learned :-(

Don’t go with this company they’ll scam you. They add me for 1400 only for a fellow called Darren. I wouldn’t of got it back.

TOLD ME MY FLIGHT HAD BEEN CANCELLED THAT I HAD TO PAY AGAIN ALL BECAUSE I HAD CANCELLED THE LOUNGE I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF OVER £600, POLICE ARE INVOLVED AND FRAUD TEAM WE WILL CATCH YOUS ,YOUS ABSOLUTE SCUM BAGS 🤬

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Total scam. Somehow they found out that our flights with Tui had been cancelled and pretended to be our travel agent offering us cheaper replacement flights saying until they get refund back from Tui we had to pay an additional £750 to secure the new flights, which a trusting member of my party did. No correspondence was received. To cut a long story short and after much chasing and investigating the funds had been paid to Times Travel. We contacted them when Flightsedge asked for an additional £1000 saying those flights had gone. We reported them to the bank and a fraud case was opened. We contacted Times Travel who have since refunded us but the stress of this was unacceptable

It's a. SCAM. The managers Noraize ans Leo took £2600 and promised full refund. In terms end they emailed to say they can only refund £800. After some arguments, they said they will pay full refund within 40 days. Legally they cannot do this. Now we cannot get through them. They just don't respond to phone calls and putting us through long holds. We are involving legal companies and ombudsman so they don't do this to others. I highly recommend people to contact ombudsman so they have multiple complaints.

I would give them zero stars if I could.
They told us they could upgrade a return BA flight for us from economy to premium economy and took £1244 from us to do this. They eventually sent us seat reservations in economy which we could have made ourselves for no cost. We only got a refund by contacting times travel. Flightsedge were unresponsive to questions and requests for refund. This was a terrible experience, I have never come across a company like this before.

This company is fraudlent and are in cohoots with Times Travel Limited and A1 Travel. Both ompanies run by Pakistani people. Who gave me false names on the phone, pretended to be Ethiopian Airlines and took 1,334 pounds from me for a fake flight upgrade. Thank God I worked it out and blocked my credit card and reported them to Air Ethiopia and AMEX who will be investigating this crime. They have fake names, multiple UK registered businesses that are listed as Taxi services pretending to be the airline outsourced call centre on the phone. I think they have informants somehow giving them passenger information as they know more than they should. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD NUMBERS, CARD PINS, SECURITY CODES, EMAIL or ANYTHING ELSE. how are these people not in prison????

Flight Edge not even a registered company - error on web pages but A1 sent me an email with a fake payment link from Flight edge.

Update after Flights Edge took £1056 off of me and never booked my flight. I looked into this company and found out that they operate Times Travel Limited . I proceeded to send them a before court action letter and received a full refund today thanks to times travel so if you have any problems with Flights Edge , try taking it up with times travel limited because they have been very helpful

**Scammers alert** Flights Edge also run business under many other names for Hajj & Umrah packages agents, airport parking agents, Flights upgrades agents & much more.. They also scammed people pretending to be other main airlines agents or other Known travel agents. Stay away from these Scammers. Most of their registered addresses are fake. Message to all who have been effectived to report them to ATOL & Action Fraud UK.

This company is terrible. I booked flights for £333 and then told next day they couldn't be confirmed until I'd paid an extra £134 admin fees of some sort. I paid this but then was later given a refund of the £333 by another department as the flights now included
stop overs which I didn't want. I asked for the £134 to be refunded, but was refused. Then I was offered a voucher for partial payment. Eventually after a lot of phone calls, I was sent a voucher for the £134 but when I enquired about flight prices again, I was told they were over £700 plus my £134 voucher. Obviously I will never use this company again, so therefore I've lost the £134. One more phone call to them, but they simply said, don't worry that we are more expensive than other companies as we offer a very good service and ensure customer satisfaction. !!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Definitely not to be trusted paid over £1000 for flights that I never received, I called to get a quote and said I would call back if I couldn’t find a cheaper flight but shortly afterwards I received a call back saying that if I traveled over Xmas I could get it cheaper because there had been a cancellation so stupidity I accepted but the next day they said that my bank took too long to pay the money (which was a bank transfer by the way and anyone that transfers money knows how quickly that works) so the flight had gone up, how a cancellation can go up is beyond me but I was asked to pay more money if I wanted the tickets. I have now asked for a refund and have been told that it will take at least a month which makes no sense to me or my bank, . Have now booked directly from airline received my ticket within minutes and got a much better price which is fortunate when you have to wait at LEAST 30 days for a refund and I’m not convinced that will be a full refund or any refund for that matter because I have been made to write an email requesting cancellation ( cancellation of what I don’t know as nothing was booked) and nobody will put it in writing that I won’t get charged for this. We will see, I will definitely update this review once it is or isn’t sorted

This company is an out and out fraud they just set out to take your money and do nothing its a scam. They took £65.99 off me to extend my carparking at Birmingham Airport and di nothing. They send meaningless invoices and just hang up when challenged. They are fraudulent and don't touch them with a barge pole.

Bill helped me book a flight to Bangkok. He quoted me the best fare and the call went very smoothly. He explained everything to me. His team is also constructive. I received my tickets, and everything is fine.

I highly recommend it.

I failed to pay a drop off charge at Gatwick. I tried to pay this by phone during my holiday and used a googled phone number. The said that they represented NCP. I paid the amount plus fine, £120.99. NCP sent me a parking charge notification and had not received my phone payment. This is a scam.

Do not use ! They claim to be changing your booking but just take the money !

Avoid this company* its a scam!!!
Arrived late back from holiday and called number for long stay parking at Gatwick to extend for 24 hours. Number comes up in Google for 'long term parking Gatwick'
The telephone operator said she would send a document to sign to confirm the booking had been made which I was a bit hesitant about as I've never known anyone to sign a document for parking.
It all felt very disingenous and I had a feeling it was a scam company (pretending to be Gatwick long stay parking customer services.)
They tried to charge an admin fee ( which had already been paid, when i booked the parking for a week and was told they would wave this and was then quoted £53.99 for an extra day parking)
I confirmed I didn't wish to proceed with the call and didnt authorise any payment and terminated the call.
Despite requesting them not to proceed with payment, it was debited from my account.
Shorty after, I received an email saying that document had been signed, which I hadn't signed at all!
The company have no affiliation with Gatwick Airport at all.

I was scammed by them by trying to extend Manchester airport parking- they said they’d extended my booking but it turns out they are a scam company that take your money & don’t offer the service

I paid 65.99 for a two day extension and got to the barrier and was charged another £25- when emailing the actual Manchester airport the customer services informed me I’d been a victim of a fraudulent scam

They post as Manchester airport parking but a 3rd party scam
