I have been a loyal customer since 2023 and have used your itinerary service several times. Until now, everything has been smooth, including delivery time and overall service.

However, my recent experience was disappointing. For order 3519TTDCTTAA9GU0DZONV, my visa agent contacted me the following day and asked to change the travel date from 25 April to 30 April. I contacted your support for this minor adjustment and was informed by Ellen Walker that the fee would be USD 15.

Charging almost one third of the original itinerary price for such a small date change is unreasonable. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer be continuing as a loyal customer.

This it the best flight reservation service provider in the market. They support you all the way. They do not hesitate to answer your queries and they respond quickly.

What I can say the service is been amazing.

I paid the website for flight bookings. They provided fake booking which were not accepted by the visa authority. There was no underlying ticket associated. A dummy pdf - My visa got rejected

They are scammers, the issue out fake itineraries which are unverifiable and when ask for a refund the refuse to refund you.
