I had an exceptional experience working with Emma Wilkinson from the South Brisbane team. Her professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding and made what could have been a stressful process of organising group flights feel completely effortless!

Emma was incredibly attentive throughout, taking the time to understand all of my requirements and ensuring every detail was met with care and precision. Nothing was overlooked, and her communication has been clear, timely, and reassuring at every step.

Even now, she continues to be attentive and responsive to any questions I have, which has been incredibly reassuring and much appreciated.

They made the experience easy to follow and when we we wanted changes to be made it was not a problem for them .

Absolute rip off company. Paid for return flights for 2 people, paid extra for each ticket for the “captains package” that waives cancellation or change of plans / ticket fees.
When trying to cancel flights I was informed there would be no refund available on these tickets.
When requesting a change to the flight details (changing customer name on same flight) they tried to charge $90 per person per flight for a total of $360. Then on top of that tried charging an updated ticket fare cost at the time of name change which was a total of $688 for the cheapest option!
Will never use Flightcentre again.
Don’t fall for any of their promotions / packages as they are deceitful and are not honoured

The stand out for me was when I explained the holiday I wanted Lachlan listened and fine tuned my itinerary to be exactly what I was planning. He took into consideration my requests and delivered an itinerary that I am more than happy with.
