Lauren from Cockburn Gateways has been extremely helpful firstly organising an amazing trip for us then unfortunately we had to cancel for medical reasons. She went above and beyond to help us claim back on our Travel Insurance. Thank you so much Lauren.

I would like to take a moment to recognise one of your exceptional team members, Jessica from your Hurstville store.

From the very beginning of planning my elderly mother-in-law's trip, Jessica provided outstanding customer service. She greeted us with genuine warmth every time we walked into the store—and trust me, we visited quite a lot! No matter how many questions we had, Jessica always took the time to listen patiently, provide reassurance, and ensure every detail was taken care of.

What truly sets Jessica apart is the care and compassion she showed once my mother-in-law had left Australia. When flights were delayed and travel became stressful, my mother-in-law didn't call an airline—she called Jessica. Knowing Jessica was there to answer her questions, calm her nerves, and reassure her that everything would be okay gave her an incredible sense of comfort and confidence while she was on the other side of the world.

In today's world, it's rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers. Jessica didn't just organise a holiday—she became a trusted source of support for an elderly traveller who was navigating international travel. Her kindness, professionalism, patience, and unwavering commitment made all the difference.

Please pass on my sincere thanks and recognition to Jessica. She is an absolute credit to Flight Centre, and because of the experience she provided, we will not hesitate to return to her for all of our future travel needs.

Jaystice was friendly and efficient, however she left her job 1 day after our booking. Now we have to find a replacement team member to take over our booking. You booked our flights on Air Canada but failed to give us the booking reference number so we can get notices on the Air canada app. I sent an email regarding this matter and have not received any reply, will now have to visit the te Riverlink store

Emma Sargent from Orange Flight Centre was excellent in booking flights and hire car for our UK trip. With the tensions in the Middle East Emma kept us up to date with all the changes. Her customer service was flawless and we highly recommend her. We will be using her in the future.

Lovely staff member with a lot of patience and a whole lot of knowledge about our intended cruise. She explained everything to us every step of the way. This was for a cruise starting in Hawaii and ending in Sydney. We also had a fabulous staff member when we went to Ethiopia some time ago, for a wedding. All in all we are happy to visit Fligh tCentre over and over again.

The customer service from Vera Zhang is always exceptional, thanks again for your undivided attention.

Efficient, prompt and friendly service by consultant Ben Chidgey who found a tour that matched our requirements exactly. Had it all sorted, booked and confirmed in a matter of hours. Was very impressed and thankful.

Eliza listened to what I was looking for, gave me some excellent options and advice based on her experience.
At no stage did I feel rushed or pressured, she answered all my questions and even some I didn't think to ask!

The same assistant dealing with our trip every year

Jayden was very knowledgeable and patient. He managed to book airfares and additional accommodation on either side of our tour of Japan for a very good price.

Whilst the customer service was friendly, we were booked on the incorrect flight home. Had to travel 750kms to the airport, Hotel was also booked for 1 not two people. This resulted in extreme inconvenience and considerable expense. Used Flight Centre (WA) to ensure there were no problems.
Never again.

Great experience! Everything went like clockwork from booking with Lisa Wakeling, to the trip to Vanuatu itself, the flights, the accommodation. I would highly recommend this Flight Centre to anyone. Warwick Le Lagon is a wonderful place to stay.

Lucas at Bondi Junction went above and beyond to make sure that my son would get the perfect family reunion in France.

After, my initial flights booked online were cancelled, I decided to go to Flight Centre to find a replacement.

My son's name contains a hypen and an apostrophe. He also has four middlenames. It is always a bit tricky to know what information to put when booking a flight.

Lucas phone the airline to clear that for us. He was exceptionally helpful overall.
