Joseph Dowdall was a great Travel Consultant, with a fun and helpful manner. He happily organised our trip to Europe through Hong Kong and sorted our two day stop over with transfers and hotel. We had a great time and had easy contact with Joseph when needed.

On top of the Google review I left for Flight Centre Eastgardens last year, as it won’t allow me to write a second review, I thought to post this here.

I have once again engaged with Clare Elder of Flight Centre Eastgardens to assist me with planning yet another three month trip across Africa, the Middle East and Asia to which she was of course super helpful, professional and amazing!! 🤩

Although I had some hiccups where my tour dates had to change and deposits had to be moved around at least three times, Clare saved me the time and effort of contacting and liaising with the operators from G Adventures and attended to all my requests as quickly as possible! She managed to get me the discounted rates as I have now travelled with G Adventures for 200+ days (all booked through Clare). 👏🏾

When it came to flights, Clare and I sat down together and managed to get the airlines and dates I wanted at a fraction of the cost of what my budget originally was meaning I was also able to book transfers and other activities through Clare and stay within the original budget I had in mind which was a bonus! 🙌🏾

Even though Clare was going on annual leave, she had prepared all my documents to me including sending me the relevant links to complete all the necessary visas I needed which was extremely helpful! She also checked in on me during my trip and even remembered my birthday abroad which was super kind! 🤗

I am so grateful for how much Clare loves her job to the point that I recommend all my family and friends to her because there is simply nobody better!! 💯 Thank you!
