I had credit to use for a flight and the airline I was dealing with were very unhelpful. When I called Flight Centre Carlingford, Joy answered the phone and he went out of his way to help me, obtaining all the details and booking my flight, keeping in constant contact with me to ensure that everything was okay and following it up with calls to ensure I had received everything. He was super friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to travel!

My friend and I wanted to go on a holiday to the Cook Islands. We were looking at resorts and flights and just couldn't find a good time or match for us. We went to Flight Centre Calingford where Joy helped us out. He advised us of a nice resort that was in an incredible location for us to access everything we needed - from tours, to supermarket, to restaurants, to a beach! He also helped us with our flight times and assisted us with our questions and concerns about the time difference.
Will definitely go back to Joy for my next holiday plan :)

Alejandra Flight Centre consultant was very good and we are appreciative.
The only issue for us was the difficulty of finding our hotel Comfort Hotel Shinsaibashi location as there was no street number address information.

Thanks to Alexandra for helping me with documents and insurance in order to obtain Schengen Visa Italy. She also help to arrange transport and qccomodation from Airport to hotel and back before and after joining the tour with Trafalgar

Joy from Flight centre Carlingford Court, gave enthusiastic and attentive service and sold me on the cheapest flight options through Virgin and arranged car hire from Adelaide airport at my request even though it has fewer car choices. He made organising my trip easy and I have come back again to same store to look at travel options for next year, Joy was great to deal with.

Joy Bhatnagar, Flight Centre Travel Consultant, provided us professional services to arrange flight, hotel and local tours to Darwin. We really enjoyed this trip. In particular, my kid learnt a lot from the Local Guide of Litchfield National Park like formation of Termite Mound and swimming at a Waterfall pond, lots of fun. Thanks.

Joy at Flight Centre Carlingford has been incredible.
So extremely helpful from the first day and made the process very easy and straight forward.
He reassured me at times that I was a little unsure of things and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.
My flight last minute was delayed which meant I would miss the connecting flight however Joy was right on it and found me an earlier flight straight away.

Mr Joy Bhatnagar at Flight Centre Carlingford Court has gone above and beyond to book us the best holiday possible. He researched every hotel and flight and found the best options at the best price. He stayed in contact even after we did the booking and helped us with our questions. He even presented to us some options where we could get money back and followed them up so we could receive the money. He kept us informed about the times of our transfers and helped with one particular transfer from our hotel to the airport in Dubai, as the lady in charge of transfers at Emirates Dubai was unable to find it. Joy has made our trip the best it could be and for this we are very grateful.

Our travel journey with Flight Centre has been fantastic. We started using flight centre Eastwood to book our flight for a father and sons’ trip around Asia.
Lawrence who now works in Carlingford centre was amazing in arranging our multi-stops trip. He planned the logistic of the trip in a way that we can avoid unnecessary cost. He had also given us valuable advice for travelling in Asia. His expertise in travel really assisted us to have a memorable trip.
Moreover, we booked a cruise trip with our elderly mother and Cara tried very best to secure adjacent room to the disabled room that mum stayed in. I am so grateful for her effort.
Joy from Carlingford centre is also very efficient in booking our recent trip as when we had to travel with short notice. He is very helpful in organising the trip. He even gave us a call to follow up before the trip and organise the refund when we changed the hotel. We had a fantastic trip.
