Hi Kathy, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. We can appreciate how frustrating time changes are! For these changes, Flight Centre is bound by the airline’s conditions, so when a time change occurs, the airline will provide their "suitable alternative" and from there, any further customer changes to this are generally paid. Time changes affect all customers booked on the flights, regardless of if they book direct or with an agent.
Our highly trained online assist team, are always on hand to assist when you need.

Hell will freeze over before I go near Flight Centre again after I have used them for over 30 years . They also own Cover more insurance. With a recent cancer diagnosis trying to cancel an upcoming trip and liasing between the 2 has been exasperating at best. Completely outsourced to somewhere in asia with customer service agents being totally clueless and constantly giving incorrect information. What should have taken 10 minutes has taken 4 days and still unresolved.

Hi Damian, we're sorry to hear about your experience, and for your recent diagnosis.
We do not own Cover-More Insurance, and they are a completely separate company to Flight Centre, so therefore we have no say over the claims process or documents required for this.
We'd recommend you reach out to Cover-More to escalate your concern, and they will advise you directly of any required documentation required for you claim.
Your booking agent can assist with this communication for you, but to reconfirm, Flight Centre and Cover-More are separate companies.

Pathetic customer service
I want change my ticket i give a 15day notice and they said no ticket available some of my freinds have different travel agency and they fly out the next day even they dont bother to place me in the waiting list what a pathetic travel agency not again

Sorry to see you're not happy with your experience Chandi. To provide a little more insight, pricing is based on availability and can sell out any time. It does sound like either the flight you had requested was fully booked and therefore a new ticket could not be purchased or the booking conditions of the airline and your original ticket did not allow a transfer. We will be sure to channel this feedback as appropriate and thank you for your review.
