I had a wonderful experience with Tina, who helped me book flights for my elderly parents. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
As my parents had to travel with insulin and had some specific requirements and questions regarding carrying medication on the flight, I had quite a few concerns about the journey. Tina was always available to answer all my questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her guidance and reassurance made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and manageable.

I went to my local Flight Centre at the Crossing Tauriko to book flights and also accommodation in Melbourne as I'm not confident to do that online now.
I used to book flights online to Sidney but did make an error with date once so now I prefer having experienced travel agent to do for me
Brooke was very helpful and professional sorting out times to suit- special fares and also quote for travel insurance etc.
Well worth $50 fee!
