Speaking with the customer service person helped us get exactly what we were looking for. She took her time finding the best flight times with manageable stopover times between flights. Everything was double checked and explained to us.

We recently completed a multi-city trip Japan & Shanghai planned with the help of Diana, and we couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism, patience, and expertise as a travel agent. From start to finish, she provided thoughtful recommendations that made our entire journey smooth, convenient, and truly memorable.

Diana took the time to understand what we needed for each stop of our trip. Her recommendation to stay in the Ikebukuro area in Tokyo was perfect our hotel at Sunshine Prince offered unbeatable convenience, with direct access to a mall, quick dining options, and easy connections to nearby train lines. Despite the busyness of the area, it turned out to be an ideal base for our short stay.

She also suggested the Sheraton Miyako Osaka Hotel for the longer portion of our trip, and it was spot-on. Traveling via Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka was seamless, and having the hotel connected to the Kintetsu Line station made local travel and day trips, like our visit to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe etc incredibly stress-free.

Our time in Shanghai was just as enjoyable, thanks to another well-chosen hotel located conveniently near major attractions. Every recommendation Diana made aligned perfectly with our needs and travel style.

Even while on leave, she remained incredibly accommodating and patient. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart.

We highly recommend Diana to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and exceptional travel agent. Her guidance made all the difference in our trip, and we are deeply grateful for her outstanding service!

I got charged NZ$300 for a very straightforward bookin:-.
A business return flight for myself AKL to JFK and
an economy return flight for my son, AKL to JFK. Both flights on same day, same plane.
Flight Centre charged me 2 x NZ$150 for making the booking. I could have booked it myself, and feel $300 is daylight robbery.
If this $300 is not refunded, I will never use Flight Centre again.
