Customer service is terrible. Been waiting 2 weeks for my KYC to be verified, they want pictures of all types of ID and bank cards, it’s very dodgy. I’ve asked for a refund and was still ignored. Please avoid at all costs

Product not given but I was told it was instant delivery. I think it's a scam because no product recieved, and it's been a few hours. It should be instant if it says instant, so def a scam.
