Nick and Gordon are really kind people to work with and they are very efficient!

Flexibility Capital is the worst MCA I’ve dealt with. Debits will still show in bank statements but not in their ledger and then claim “default,” and quickly sends your account to a third-party collection agency- claiming a higher balance than what you actually owe.

When you compare their ledger to actual bank statements, it doesn’t match. The numbers are inflated and false. Bottom line: the math doesn’t math, and SMBs get squeezed with pressure tactics and extra demands. I advised them I hired legal counsel and they filed suit against me as soon as I could. Proceed with extreme caution and document everything.

I had a great experience working with this funding company. The process was clear, communication was consistent, and they followed through exactly as promised. Funding was handled professionally and in a timely manner, which made a big difference for my business. Good Communication. Took time to answer questions and not make me feel like I was bothering them or without knowledge.

I went through all that was required. I gave, bank statements, access to my bank account which was verified, photo id, picture, social security and was told I was approved for $7500. Signed all the forms for the capital. The next day (this morning 12/11) I called and was told I was not approved through another agent. The loan officer Jaren went ghost this morning without explanation. Apparently he went on vacation and did not have the courtesy or customer service skills to tell me what happened. Whether this was legitimate disapproval or not, it would have been great customer to explain to me why I was not notified of this change.

I want to share my experience with this company.
I explained clearly that I already had several debts and needed a new loan. Ryan Kelly told me I was eligible and could get a $200,000 loan, and he even confirmed by email that it was possible up to 200% of my sales.

I also told him I did not want to apply with Forward Financing, but later I found out that Ryan Kelly and Michael Halloran submitted my application there without my permission.
Forward Financing only approved $32,500, but because of my limited English, I misunderstood it as $320,500.

Based on that misunderstanding, I ordered $200,000 worth of products and sent a $50,000 payment, which caused me serious financial loss.
I feel betrayed because I trusted their promise and communication.

I hope my story helps others be careful when dealing with this company.
