It is the first scheme of its kind to be recognised by UKAS to ISO/IEC 17067:2013 and aims to drive up installation standards within the green industry for the benefit of domestic consumers.

Great service

Once again flexi-orb have done us proud. Updating a certificate over night without any problems. Why can't more firms be like this.

Great assistance from Flexi Orb

I contacted Flexi Orb as there were issues over my solar panel installer not responding to my complaints. Jo Johnson has been so helpful in ensuring the installer started a dialogue with me. They were effective and very efficient. Exceeded my expectations.

New Build Non Certified Solar PV Installation

They were very helpful in all matters regarding solar PV installations. I had purchased a new build house with solar PV & there was no MCS or Flexi-Orb certification. Flexi-Orb assisted me in confirming or redirecting my investigations into this matter, with pertinent vocational experience. Although solar PV installations cannot be retrospectively certified, I did find out what documentation should have been provided. It seems incredulous that new build developers are allowed to behave like this, it should be a legal requirement for MCS or Flexi-Orb installation. Please don't expect a warranty provider, for example NHBC to provide any support in the absence of solar PV accreditation, they don't! My experience of both schemes, MCS & Flexi-Orb, is that Flexi-Orb is more thorough & worth consideration. I wouldn't be surprised, as per my experience with Flexi-Orb, if they use my scenario as input into their discussions with regulators & accreditation organisations, to safeguard that all solar PV installations have to be Flexi-Orb or MCS accredited.

Wood Pickering Renewables 5+ stars

After being recommended to contact Wood Pickering Renewables for my solar system I am so glad I did. Right from the start I have been more than impressed. They have overcome many obstacles such as troublesome neighbours, planning permission and a structural survey for my garage roof. The workmanship is amazing too all the cables are clearly labelled and very neatly arranged. Following the installation they came back to check everything was working and gave me a handover pack with all the documentation in including the Flexi-Orb certificate. Thank you for making my life easy!

Well done Flexi-orb!!!

Janine sorted out my DNO certificate with no fuss or hassle.
She kept me informed at all times which is refreshing in todays world.
Well done....A great experience especially after my solar provider was so unhelpful and dreadful to deal with.

Obtaining certificate for SEG application

I was struggling to provide certification for a SEG application. Janine was outstanding in Al the necessary communication with Western Power and in obtaining approval for a certificate to be granted. Nothing was too much trouble.

First rate service.

After the worrying discovery that my solar suppliers were effectively not in business any more, I was delighted by the prompt, efficient and helpful advice given by Janine at Flexi-Orb. Brilliant service from Flex-Orb!

I contacted Flexi-Orb to try to sort out a problem with certification for a solar panel installation. After some months of trying to deal with the installer and receiving no replies, Janine from Flexi-Orb stepped in and within a very short period of time the problem was solved. Not only did she get the installation company to provide the correct documents but also liaised with the Energy Company from whom I was trying to get Smart Export Guarantee payment. I was very impressed by her knowledge and professional manner throughout. Well done Janine and Flexi-Orb!
